Enjoyed every minute sitting on the dock, the peace and quiet, the manatee up for a breath and the dolphin jumping right in front of me. Anthony, the place was clean and exactly as described. Thanks for the early check in but the door lock was confusing at first. So close to everything but so quiet and nestled away in the cute neighborhoods of Ozona Village. Anthony was excellent at communicating. Glad we could help the cable guy. Every tv and service is different when renting and we’ve been stuck before with tv’s that we can’t operate. Once cable was fixed it was so simple to use. Only suggestion…maybe consider a Keurig machine for coffee.

All in all very nice place. Tub drain lever needs work and bathroom sink needs water pressure checked. Mostly minor stuff. Still worth the stay. Thanks

Joseph, Thank you for your review. We're happy you enjoyed the waterfront apartment. I'll look into the drain lever. Usually the water pressure is good. Maybe your used to extremely strong pressure in your home. It seems that the water pressure in the units is normal.

Most relaxing vacation

Property was very welcoming. Anthony answered all my questions promptly. Place well kept and with everything you would need. We loved Honeymoon island with the dog beach. Very close to everything. I wud recommend to anyone. Thank you again Anthony for allowing us to stay there this past week. Great vacay.

Awesome location!

Beautiful property with a great view of the water. Very clean and fully equipped. Close to the Pinellas trail - very handy for bike rides and walks. A number of casual neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Ozona!

Great place to stay, right on the water. Huge deck to sit out on in the sun. Fully equipped unit. Shared clothes washer/dryer.

Felt like vacation

It doesn’t get much better than this! Anthony was amazing and attentive. Space was clean and spacious. The view of water was relaxing. Ideal spot.

Relaxing getaway

Every morning we relaxed on the deck drinking our iced coffee looking out over the waterfront. Total silence except for the fish occasionally jumping. If you want to get away from the high rise resort scene but only a 10 minute drive to the tourist attraction, this is it. 2 blocks to great seafood.

We love the owner's accessibility to us. He was so personable and willing to do things for us. He gave us suggestions for great dinners, parks to go to, etc. The apartment we stayed in was so nice! All updated and extremely clean. We hope to be there next year for a longer time.

Exactly as listed and more

The property was clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated! Very close to Honeymoon Island State Park. The beach there was very calm and beautiful. We stayed for 2 weeks and the weather was amazing! The listing mentioned fishing and this was an understatement. The fishing was GREAT! I caught 2 Red fish, a Snook, and-many salt water catfish. I also hooked into a micro Tarpon but he broke my line at dock side. We had evening visits from a hungry dolphin on two occasions, all from the rear dock pictured in the listing. There were great restaurants near by and reasonably priced too. Anthony was very available to our needs, which were few indeed. I would definitely consider renting here again.

This place was beautiful. Coffee on the dock of the canal in the morning was a great way to start the day. Place was very clean and host was very responsive in answering our 1 question. Great restaurants within easy driving distance. We will definitely be staying there next time we are visiting our family in the area. The price was really reasonable for the area.

Very cute private property right on the water!!

We requested if we could check in early due to an early flight arrival. We got in 2 hours earlier then expected. Check in was super easy and quick. I’d definitely stay here again!

Snowbird Nest

I stayed at this location Feb-Mar 2022 and was very pleased. There is a small inlet outside and affords a beautiful view, There are a number of eating/bars within walking distance. The interior was clean, well appointed. It is perfect for a couple but gets small with visitors. It has one bathroom and a smallish kitchen. I have no complaints with the rental, and the location.

I'm happy that you got to appreciate the Gulf waters, the Pinellas Trail and the close restaurants, bars etc. Come again soon. Regarding the size of the unit. It's a roomy 850 SF +. It easily fits 4 people comfortably.

The owners were very personable. If there was any problem, they responded to it immediately. The place was well kept and clean. The location was perfect. I definitely would rent there again. P.S. our dog Toby loved it too! I'll Be Back.

Great Place on the Water

This place was great! Nicely decorated, very comfortable, very clean and a great view! Fishing poles and kayaks available for your use, close to good restaurants within walking distance and close to the biking trail. I would recommend this place for a great vacation! Owner was very nice and very accommodating .

Relaxing Stay

What an enjoyable and unique property this is tucked away in Ozona/Palm Harbor. This waterfront property was just the ticket for my family and I to relax for a week and close out a challenging 2020 year. Many of my family enjoyed the fishing available right off the two docks in this property where you could catch snook, tarpon, snapper, catfish, etc. They provide multiple patio's to sit and enjoy the view and the balmy breezes as well as fire pits to extend the evenings. The entire vibe of this place is easy going and laid-back. The accommodations are comfortable with everything needed to cook. We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat for several days that you could take out on the Gulf and then drive back to the house to dock and have lunch. There are numerous quality restaurants within a couple of miles with several within walking distance. The people are friendly and the weather we enjoyed was spectacular. Thank you to Anthony and Yasmyn for opening up your villas to my family and I as we had a wonderful time!! Any concerns were addressed quickly and you were a pleasure to rent from. I look forward to returning again next year.
