A wonderful position

The view and sound of the sea make this apartment perfect. It has an old style charm and the bus services to get around the island are fantastic.

The apartment is charming, quirky and traditional in style. It has a small balcony at one side and larger terrace at the other, so you get the sun all day. It is wonderful to see the sunrise behind the castle at the point and then the sun setting over the hill. There are 62 steps to the apartment so you need to be fairly fit. The kitchen area it a bit cramped but we didn’t use it much. Everything is clean. There are loads of good places to eat within walking distance and a really good bus service if you want to go to the port or see a bit more of the island. Annarosaria who manages the property locally is on hand if there are any issues.

The charming apartment is in an old building of historical interest so is a bit quaint with old furniture but lovely. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. It has a balcony on one side with great views of the castle and overlooking the sea and terrace on the other. We really enjoyed have breakfast here and also relaxing in the afternoon. The bed is comfortable and the sun streams into to bedroom in the morning. The bathroom could do with a makeover but it is fine. Anna Rosario who manages the property was very helpful. Our only request to the owners would be to replace the kettle which is plastic and every time it is boiled there is a smell of burning plastic. However we would thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Charming apartment with outstanding views.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment that is full of character and in an ideal location in a ischia Ponte. It has a balcony overlooking the sea with views of the castle and terrace at other side. It is clean and well equipped, the bed is comfortable and it’s worth the 67 steps to get to it but a struggle with luggage. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned and could do with an update but we still loved it. Kettle smells of burnt plastic when used. Extra charges are off-putting.

Casa molto carina, completa di tutte le necessità. Molto bella la vista dai due terrazzini, un po' meno le 4 rampe di scale da fare(anche se poi ci si abitua a farle sempre) comoda la posizione, poco parcheggio e bisogna stare attenti agli orari della Ztl. Spiaggetta subito sotto casa molto carina e comoda. Traendo le conclusioni è stata davvero una bella vacanza in questo piccolo appartamentino.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana in quattro. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Ma quello che la rende insuperabile è la vista mare. Uno spettacolo. Ci sono due balconi ed è molto ventilata. Dal balcone vista mare il Castello Aragonese si presenta in tutta la sua bellezza. Insomma è stato un soggiorno veramente splendido. Unico neo i 60 e oltre scalini per salire !!!!!!! Non dimenticate nulla prima di uscire.

Une location unique alliant confort et vues imprenables

Nous avons choisi Ischia Ponte un peu par hasard, ne connaissant pas bien l'île, pour ensuite nous rendre compte que c'était exactement là que nous aurions voulu être (beaucoup de petits commerces et restos, supermarché tout près, plage en-dessous de notre balcon fréquentée par les locaux, service bus toutes les 20 min permettant de se rendre partout sur l'île.) La vue sur le castello Aragonese le soir est d'une beauté à couper le souffle. Une autre terrasse, plus spacieuse, permet de manger en plein air. L'appartement est confortable, idéal pour deux ou trois personnes. Seul petit bémol, la gestion des déchets n'est pas très simple ; ne pas hésiter à demander des infos précises.

Charme inoubliable côté mer et côté terre

Ischia Ponte est à mon sens un des quartiers les plus agréables d'Ischia, dans le sens où les commerces de proximité et les restos abondent sans rien ôter au charme 'résidentiel' de l'endroit. La petite terrasse côté mer, avec vue directe sur le pont, était parfaitement complétée par l'autre, côté 'terre' . Nous avons adoré la petite plage juste en bas, très fréquentée par les habitants. Le logement est parfaitement confortable et conforme à la description.

The apartment had all we needed for two weeks. Ischia is a great place, very beautiful and plenty to do. The apartment was typically Italian which we love and the views to the castle were a joy to wake up to.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea plus a terrace looking over the town. Well equipped and very comfortable. If you can drag yourself away from the balcony the nearest public beach (look to your right from the terrace) has its own thermal spring and sandy beach (no pebbles/rocks).

Beautiful views!

We loved this apartment, the decor was charming and the views from both terraces, (one of the island and the other of the sea and the castle) made it a stunning place to stay. There is a small fisherman beach and another small beach within a couple of minutes walk, as well as a supermarket for all your essentials. We recommend taking a stroll over to Ischia Porte (20-30 minutes) for main restaurants and bars, and neighbouring island Procida is definately worth a visit. Top tips: We did get quite a few mosquito bites on the island so recommend taking some repellent/cream. Also the apartment is on the top floor up 3 flights of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us and gives amazing views, but may not be suitable for some people. Overall, a wonderful charming place to stay, with lots of charcter and with a warm and welcoming host - Thank you for a lovely stay.
