L'Artistik - Appt avec Balcon et parking

This charming, east-facing 45 m² flat in Vannes, near the port, can accommodate 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a balcony where you can enjoy a meal outside. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, free parking and bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including microwave, oven, extractor fan, hob, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A covered balcony of around 3 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Vannes, close to the port and a 20-minute walk from the train and bus stations, in a very pleasant setting overlooking the Garenne park and close to the old town of Vannes and its ramparts. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

Activities :
Come and discover and visit the town of Vannes, which has managed to retain all its old-world charm by preserving its ramparts and surrounding area.
- Sights: Carnac (the alignments, a major prehistoric site), the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coastline, Baden, Armor Baden, Auray, the port of Saint-Goustan, boat trips to the islands of Arz and Ile aux Moines from Vannes and Port Blanc...
- Sporting activities: various water sports, hiking along the GR 34, swimming at Conleau beach...
- Cultural visits: guided tour of Vannes, look out for the ermines and eyes on the ground to point out the most emblematic places. The castle of Suscinio and its evening shows in summer, shuttles to visit the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan.
- Events: historical festivals, jazz festival, international sea photo festival, Wednesday and Saturday markets in the old town of Vannes...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's numbered private outdoor parking space (138), only one space is available.

Ideal for Vannes centre

Ideal one bedroom apartment with parking with only a short 10 minute walk to Vannes centre. We chose the location so parking would not be a problem. The apartment was clean with good kitchen and shower room. The communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay here again.

Schöne Wohnung mit fadem Beigeschmack

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen - nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist auch wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Dame in Empfang genommen. Allerdings war von Tag 1 der Kühlschrank kaputt. Man konnte keine Lebensmittel kühlen, da er 15C hatte. Wir haben dies auch dem zuständigen Ansprechpartner der Agentur gemeldet, jedoch wurden uns nur Ausreden kredenzt (Es ist Hochsaison und man kann daher jetzt keinen Kühlschrank besorgen, etc.). Daher hierfür auch nur 3 Sterne in der Bewertung "Kommunikation mit Agentur". Zum Glück sind wir nur 1 Woche geblieben, bis zur Abreise wurde kein neuer Kühlschrank oder eine Alternative geliefert. Wir mussten entsprechend auch alle Tagestouren umplanen und konstant auswärts essen gehen. Was aus gesundheitlichen Gründen auch nicht immer einfach ist. Wir konnten nicht einmal bei 30C Außentemperaturen Getränke kühlen. Natürlich kann es mal passieren, dass Geräte ausfallen, aber dann muss sofort Ersatz geliefert werden - gerade wenn es der Kühlschrank ist. Frech fanden wir dann das Erscheinen des Ansprechpartners zur Schlüsselübergabe bei der Abreise, der wieder nur Ausreden auf Lager hatte. Wir hatten zudem Fewo-direkt kontaktiert, aber auch hier erhielten wir nach einem ersten sehr positiven Kontakt keine Rückmeldung mehr. Auch eine Teilrückerstattung des Buchungspreises wurde uns nicht angeboten. Nunja. Alles in allem: Eine schöne Wohnung aber ein extrem fader Beigeschmack bleibt.

I proprietari ci tengono moltissimo all'appartamento e sono stati molto gentili con noi. Molto vicino al centro e molto comodo anche per girare intorno in altre location. Assolutamente consigliato."

L'Artistik "Emplacement très agréable à quelques minutes à pieds de la vieille ville. Laurence, qui nous a accueillie, a été très chaleureuse, réactive et arrangeante sur notre arrivée et notre départ. L'appartement est chaleureusement décoré et très bien équipé, on s'y sent à la maison et la literie est vraiment confortable ; de plus, l'équipement nécessaire pour notre bébé a été mis à notre disposition. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour aux portes de la vieille ville :)"
