Cocoonr agency is offering for rent this very bright, contemporary-style flat, decorated with care, with a surface area of 88 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. In a quiet location, on the 3ᵉ floor with lift, it comprises a lovely bright living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days, two beautiful bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
It also has a secure underground garage with 1 parking space.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, TV, Wifi...
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, dishwasher...
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 Queen-size bed that can be separated into two single beds (twin beds).
- Two bathrooms with 2 showers, hair dryers, washing machine and dryer

PARFAIT !!!!! L'appartement est grand, propres, suréquipé et tres bien agencé ( les 2 espaces nuit sont séparés par le lieu de vie). Il est très lumineux et très silencieux. La place de parking est un réel atout en centre ville. L'appartement est idealement situé à proximité du centre ville. Toutes les formalités sont détaillées, claires, precises et facilitées. Notre meilleure expérience de location touristique.

L'Audacieux "Super séjour merci 🙏 🙂 L’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour profiter de vannes à pied, et sinon plutôt centralisé pour pouvoir visiter en voiture les alentours. La propreté de l’appartement et sa fonctionnalité sont impeccable. Les équipements pour cuisiner sont complets vraiment il ne manque rien. La literie est très confortable, les draps sont propres et agréable. Les deux salles de bains disponibles dans l’appartement un vrai plus. Le balcon sur toutes la longueur très agréable pour manger ou boire sont café. Le parking privé pour la voiture un vrai avantage également 🙁 L’appartement n’étant pas climatisé, on nous a fourni un ventilateur oscillant pour la pièce principale ce qui est appréciable. Mais en plein été il serait bien d’en fournir pour chaque chambre également."

L'Audacieux "Séjour très agréable 🙂 Appartement très bien situé, bien conçu, peut être un peu trop de meuble, surtout le buffet dans le séjour qui prend de la place et diminue le passage, de plus il ne sert à rien puisqu'il est vide. 🙁 Nous avions demandé à avoir les lits séparés dans la chambre double, ce qui n'a pas été fait à notre arrivé. Après appel à l'agence, il nous a été confirmé que la demande avait bien été prise mais pas suivi d'effet, et là on nous demande de faire nos lits avec les draps à disposition dans les armoires (pas de format adapté) !!!!! Un peu fort , non ?"
