We are offering this charming 60 m² apartment for rent in the town of Wissembourg, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included, so all you need to do is bring yourself! We have 6 other similar properties available to rent in the same residence!

The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 22 m² living room with a lounge area, TV, a single sofa bed (130*190), and a dining area - An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine, and more
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and a wardrobe - Bedroom 2: a single sofa bed (130*190) and a wardrobe - A shower room with WC

The flat is ideally located in Wissembourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Tourist attractions: Visit the town of Wissembourg and its ramparts, visit the neighbouring German villages, the traditional villages of northern Alsace, etc.
- Sports activities: Hiking, outdoor swimming pools, Alsace Adventure Forest - Gastronomic heritage: pretzels, Alsatian eel, Eierkuche, Alsatian-style sauerkraut, Flammeküeche, Moricette, etc.
Events: Whitsun festival, traditional Christmas markets, ramparts festival. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park (one car). A public car park is 200 m away. For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:

Half good

The flat was clean, very well renovated, not really "gemütlich" contrary to the name that was given to the flats in the house. It is situated close to a a main street from the station to the centre, so that you have noise from the traffic. Promised was "wifi", but it didn't work. Promised was tv with netflix, but there was only netflix, no public channels.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten 5 Nächtel gebucht Die Wohnung war in einem sehr ungepflegten zustand . Die Matratze hatte Flecken und war verdreckt. Wir hatten das Gefühl das wir Bettwanzen habe. An der Spülmaschine fehlte die Front es standen 6 Schrauben senkrecht heraus ,so das ich mir mein kleid hängen blieb. Im Badezimmer lief am 3 Tag das Wasser oben aus dem Halogenstrahler ! So das wir uns dann nicht mehr trauten zu Duschen. Wir sind dann einen tag früher abgereist. Auf mehrmals versuchter Kontaktaufnahme um vielleicht 1 tag zurück vergütet zu bekommen , bis heute keine Antwort keine Reaktion . Wir kommen nicht mehr

Gemütlich 2 "🙂 Lage war super und die Wohnung in Ordnung Die Räder konnte man hinter dem Haus gut abstellen Einkaufen gleich um die Ecke 🙁 Spüllappen und Schwämme sollten doch frisch sein bei jedem Gast Waren 4 Personen aber nur 3 große Duschtücher. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer kann man unmöglich zu zweit schlafen,da könnte ein richtiges Bett sein."

Gemütlich 2 "Tolle moderne Ferienwohnung aber nicht überall sauber und mit einem kleinen Kochtopf ist es schwer zu kochen. Spülmaschine war auch defekt. Die Hauptstraße war Fr/Sa schon ziemlich laut nachts, Sa/So war es ruhig. Die Lage ist top und der Zugang über Codes ist für Ältere schon schwierig, man kann auch nichts bemängeln, da ja Keiner bei der Übergabe da ist."

Gemütlich 2 "Wunderschöne Stadt und Umgebung - Wohnung vielleicht in Zukunft besser nutzbar. 🙂 Die Wohnung lag nah an der Altstadt, so dass wir immer zu Fuß gehen konnten. Auch der Auchan-Supermarkt lag direkt um die Ecke. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich. Hunde herzlich willkommen. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert. Es gibt zwei große Kleiderschränke. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet und groß genug. Die Elktroheizungen funktionieren tadellos. Das Wetter war sehr gut, so dass wir wenig Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war gut, das andere Zimmer mit Sofabett konnten wir nicht nutzen, da auf einer Seite die Füsse fehlten. Wir haben stattdessen das Sofa im Wohnzimmer genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir in Wissembourg einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt. 🙁 - Der Service vor Ort hat sich auf unsere Beschwerde- Mail nicht gemeldet, telefonisch war am Abend niemand mehr erreichbar. Die Agentur hat sich immer schnell gemeldet. Die nachfolgenden Informationen haben wir auch an die Agentur weitergeleitet, in einer Antwort hieß es lediglich, man würde den Besitzer informieren. - direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, es war sehr laut (das wussten wir durch die Bewertungen vorher) - sehr schlechtes WLAN, brach ständig ab und funktionierte nicht in der ganzen Wohnung. - Schlafzimmertür verzogen, konnte nicht geschlossen werden - das Sofa im 2. Schlafzimmer war kaputt, es fehlten die Füße auf einer Seite, somit konnte wir das Zimmer nicht zum Schlafen nutzen - kein Besen oder Staubsauger, vorhanden - kein Abzieher im Bad vorhanden - Abdeckung der Spülmaschine fehlte, Schrauben standen vor (gefährlich) - dadurch ließ die Tür sich nicht offen halten (man musste diese mit dem Fuß festhalten, um Geschirr einzuräumen) - TV: Es handelt sich um Internet TV; die Sprache war auf ""polnisch"" eingestellt, ließ sich nicht verändern, deutsche Apps außer dem ZDF konnten nicht zusätzlich aufgespielt werden; private Geräte ließen sich nicht mit dem TV-Gerät verbinden - Es gab zuwenig Geschirr, um gut kochen zu können: 1 Topf, 1 Pfanne, 1 kleine Schüssel - das war es / 6 große und 6 kleine Teller, 5 statt 6 Gläser, 1 Küchenhandtuch und 1 Schwamm, usw. - die Spülmaschine musste täglich laufen, ohne wirklich voll zu sein - Mülltrennung gab es außerhalb der Wohnung. In der Wohnung gab es keine entsprechende Behältnisse"

Negativ: Wohnung (Haus mit 6 Appartements, unser App. "Gemütlich 2" im EG) minimalistisch eingerichtet, Schlafräume nur 3 m von stark befahrener Str. entfernt. WLAN nur zeitweise verfügbar, Ladesäule für E-Fahrzeug trotz vorheriger Bestätigung nicht nutzbar. Android-Fernseher mit polnischem Sprachmenü ohne hilfreiche Anleitung zur Nutzung. Tipp: Gemütlichkeit verbesserungsfähig, Ausstattung sollte überarbeitet und vervollständigt werden

Le réseau wifi est très mauvais impossible de se connecter et pas de mot de pass disponible. La VMC fait un bruit infernal qui m'a obligé à l’arrêter sur le tableau électrique. Pas de casserole juste un poêle. Faire la cuisine dans cette appartement est compliqué."

Gemütlich 2 "DECEPTION 🙂 La situation géographique - près du centre ville - immeuble petit et renové Par contre, bruyant car la rue est très proche, la circulation assez dense 🙁 les lits n'étaient pas du tout adaptés, le canapé lit était en suspension sur un sommier à deux pieds, ce qui le rendait bancal et quand au lit de 160 cm il avait un drap housse de 140 cm vous imaginez la difficulté pour dormir car le drap housse se détachait du matelas !!!"
