A little away from Beauquesne, we rent a large room of 28m², completely renovated, on the second floor of our large house with independent entrance. NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION
1 double bed 160 and 1 single bed (very good quality bedding), lounge area, TV, wifi,
Private shower room and separate toilet.
In an adjoining room, kitchen with fridge/ freezer, microwave, electric stove with induction hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, dining area, washing machine .
1 parking space is reserved for you in the courtyard
Access to the terrace (west exposure)
Quiet and very nice environment.
Pets not accepted
