The property is centrally located so the many shops and restaurants close by. The kitchen was well stocked. This unit is very family friendly with a small playground and a number of games. The host was a pleasure to work with.

This place had every convenience I could have wanted. Literally. The hosts have gone above and beyond to think of all the small things that are useful to have in a place. I can say it was very much appreciated. It was the perfect location for me and I highly recommend it.

Great location near Hill AFB and plenty to do in the area. Not very impressed by the cleaning team. Other than all dishes having to be cleaned before use, not a bad place.

Weekend out with elderly parents

We travel with my elderly (and very opinionated) parents on this trip. The location and house was great for my dad that has mobility issues. My mother had very nice things to say about the place and she is usually a critic. Overall great place!!!

Great property

Very spacious and clean property. We had plenty of space, basic amenities to be able to make meals while visiting. Convenient location visiting our son in the military at Hill Air Force Base only minutes away.

Second stay

This is my second stay at this location. The physical location is great for our purposes, communication with the property manager is fairly easy and straight forward. Only knock would be that the place wasn't as clean as our pervious stay. Overall would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!!

There was window with a broken lock in living room, above black sofa. We put a pair of tongs to secure window. The light in the master closet flickers.

Julie, I wish you had let us know there was an issue with the window lock. After I saw this review I went to check it out. Turns out it was locked, but the window was open about 1/2 inch, so it was locked OPEN. I simply unlocked, slid it closed and locked it. All is good now.

Very nice apartment!

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. It was located near tons of food, shopping, and amenities. The only negative I experienced was be aware if you're staying on the bottom floor, because if you are sensitive to noise, you may hear a lot of foot traffic and movement from your neighbors above you.

Nice place and good location.

There was a sign to please not wear our shoes. So we didn’t for a few hours and we found out that the floors were very dirty. Other than the floors everything was clean.

Nice apartment

This apartment is cute, well decorated, comfy furniture. The hosts were great, they stayed in touch in case we needed anything. We didn’t really have any problems. It was close to my daughters dance competition, which was great for us. It was a good price too.

Loved it

Will be our new spot for when we visit family. The only thing we noticed is the rules asking not to wear shoes inside, which we complied, but then the bottoms of our feet were completely black in a very short time. Might just bring house slippers next time.

The Host is very nice! Instructions are simple and precise.. Also: It has easy access to HAFB and to freeways. We went in for a funeral and it was perfect for 6 adults. The place is very clean and comfortable and the beds were great. It is a condo on the first floor. We could hear upstairs neighbors, getting up in the morning but otherwise ok. We do not smoke or vape but the neighbors upstairs did sit on the staircase and did just that and threw their cigarette butts on the floor below.I hope they get the fine! Overall: the hosts are pleasant, accommodating and the space was perfect for our needs. It has easy access to different places and surprisingly quiet from outdoor traffic. I would definitely return to visit family in Layton area! Thank you!
