Living Area & Kitchen:
The living, dining, and kitchen are all connected in a continuous open space. Guests can enter the space through the code entry front door or the private enclosed garage. The living area has a 55 inch TV with Roku streaming device. There are (2) L-shaped sectionals in the living area to view the TV and use the gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 people as well as 3 chairs at the counter table that connects to the fully stocked kitchen. There is a half bath at the end of the kitchen and directly across from it is the laundry space with washer and dryer.

Exterior:
There is a small enclosed back patio with 2 chairs and a table with an umbrella. This opens to a large grass area behind the townhome that is open for public use.

Bedrooms:
There are three (3) bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has one (1) king bed and 55" TV with Roku streaming device. The 2nd bedroom has one (1) king bed and 55" TV with Roku streaming device. The 3rd bedroom has one (1) bunk bed with two (2) single or normal twin mattresses. All 3 bedrooms come stocked with linens and towels.

Bathroom(s) & Laundry:
On the second level is a full bath with jetted tub/shower stocked with linens. On the main level is a half bath. Across from half bath on the main level is a washer and dryer.
