This newly renovated luxury 1 bedroom 1 bath villa is well appointed with a beautiful straight-on ocean and pool view with convenient first floor access to the beach and year round heated pool. Additional amenities include on-site laundry, BBQ grilles, and complimentary access to both the Starbucks and Oceanside Bar & Grille; located less than a minute walk from the suite at the adjacent Hilton Hotel. Enjoy beautiful sunrise views and dark starry night skies from your balcony or take a quick walk down to the waves; only 50 yards away!

This one bedroom villa has an updated full kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. Sleeping accommodations include a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds for children in the corridor and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

The Ocean Dunes complex is an ocean-front gated property conveniently located on the main strip, a short distance (0.7 mi) from the shopping, dining, and night life of Coligny plaza as well as the brand new playground/splash-pad and amphitheater at Celebration Park.

Spring Break Family Trip

Very nice property, exactly as pictured! Amazing location that’s close to either the beach or pool. The host was quick to respond to my messages and the check in/out process was very laid out and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Property was perfect! Great location to everything ! Everything you need for a quick getaway was there. Loved that the owners had things suck as chairs, umbrella and toys for you to use.

Great long weekend trip

The property was as advertised and very close to the beach. The sunrises were gorgeous in the morning! We did run into two minor issues, but the owner was quick to respond and got our issues resolved ASAP. Overall a great location and VRBO!

Beautiful condo on the water

Loved staying here for the night over Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Condo was clean and bed was really comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come Back again

Great place on the Ocean

Love staying at this complex! Right on the beach with easy access to pool, ocean & amenities. Unit was clean and just the right size for me and my husband. Loved the size of the tvs & that they had beach chairs/accessories available to use. Would stay here again!

Wonderful

We had a great long weekend stay at this condo. It was exactly as described and the location is perfect. It is easy to walk to the downtown area with quick access to the beach, pool and Hilton restaurant next door. We felt safe in the area as well with our small family. We would stay again!

Wonderful Stay

Our one night stay was great! The condo was beautiful with all of the upgrades. The mattress was comfortable and the condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Great beach access from the unit too! Definitely will be staying here again!

Relaxing weekend.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything as described and beachy feel to the condo. The unit location in the building is ideal for quick in and out to the beach and bike racks. Rick was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will stay here again.

Nice place. Responsive host.

Clean, modern place. responsive host. Would stay again. only suggestion the lead picture seems to be taken from the second floor as there is no view of beach or ocean from the first floor. Nice pool.
