We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Porticcio, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sight sea, with less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd and last floor (lift currently out of order), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room. Wifi (optical fiber) included, we are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...
- Room 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A terrace of about 20 m², facing South-West, facing the sea with bioclimatic pergola and furniture (table, chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, storage box for cushions) to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment at 10 minutes walk from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Visit of Ajaccio: old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...
- Hiking on the Sanguinaire Islands, on the banks of the Tolla Lake on foot or by bike.
- Casino, cinema, Thalasso, Spa, Accrobranche, Bowling, Horse riding, Petanque, Golf, Karting, Paint-Ball, Parachute, Tennis, Mountain bike.
- Swimming, relaxation or water sports on the coast, boat trip, fishing, diving.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private numbered parking of the apartment (1 vehicle).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Maritime shuttles MUVIMARE between the pontoon of Porticcio and the port Tino Rossi of Ajaccio
- Bus to Ajaccio from the Corsica Mediterranean network.
- Nearest train station : Ajaccio train station located at about 23 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport located about 15 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Free wifi available (fiber optic).
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
