Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec le propriétaire de ce petit appartement bien situé et très bien équipé. Très bonne literie, des espaces verts sympas à proximité immédiate, et la mer à moins de 5 mn à pied.

Guy a été très respectueux de mon appartement et a suivi toutes les consignes. Il l'a laissé dans un état impeccable. Très bonne communication également. Vous pouvez lui louer avec tranquillité.

Nous avons dû faire le lit en arrivant, pas facile dans une chambre de 5 m2. Mais surtout, contrairement à l'indication, le logement n'est ABSOLUMENT PAS adapté aux personnes en fauteuil. Impossible d'accéder à la salle de bains et encore moins à la douche.Sinon logement très propre, calme, très bien situé.

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung (Klimatisiert), in einer einzigartigen Lage, wenn man nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte, aber in 15 Minuten da sein kann. Am Strand ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nous avons fait l'acquisition de cet appartement au mois d'octobre dernier et n'avons pas eu le temps de faire tous les travaux nécessaires.
