Peaceful Gulf-front Paradise with an intoxicating view!

Newly redecorated nonsmoking 2 br/2 bath on Gulf with unique western AND northern water horizon views. Quiet and peaceful residential area is within a comfortable driving distance to the larger cities of Clearwater, Tampa and Tarpon Springs.

Unique end unit offers rare balcony privacy from surrounding units. Third floor view is perfect as you are high enough to have a distant view, but close enough that you can see what's going on below.

Huge heated outdoor pool has plenty of poolside chairs, tables and lounges. Private lagoon offers wonderful walking trail with views to both lagoon wildlife as well as the open Gulf. Your private balcony offers the perfect view of the entire lagoon, containing daily opportunities to watch plenty of dolphins and manatees, along with diving pelicans and ospreys. A rookery on the trail offers close up views of pelicans, comerans, ospreys and sometimes bald eagles.

Plenty of great indoor and outdoor seafood restaurants nearby with and without nightlife. Watercraft rental nearby offers boats, fishing, jet ski and kayak rentals. Private beach area on the lagoon.

Inside, we offer a full kitchen, plenty of beach towels, clean bed linens, pool noodles, hairdryer, cable tv and a super comfy couch with a double reclining love seat -- perfect for your afternoon nap!

Oh -- and pelicans.

Come enjoy Pelican Place -- our beach getaway in the wonderful community of Gulf Island. You're only a stranger the first time -- after that, you're family here!

The view is breathtaking! Unit was well supplied and clean. the Host was very reliable and prompt. People were very friendly, pool was amazing, Area was safe and serene. We hope to go back.

Nice Condo with Pretty View

We had a nice stay in this condo. It is clean and comfortable. The pool and patios are very nice as well. There is good seafood nearby as well as other restaurants. Well recommended.

Great view

The view was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the lagoon and bay. Communication was prompt. We had a few issues and most of them were resolved. The cleanliness was not acceptable to us. The owner has a lot of personal items so there wasn’t much room for our belongings.

Deb Drick was an amazing host! Responded to my calls and messages in a timely fashion. Condo was lovely and very well stocked with everything one could imagine for a month long stay. Gulf Island is wonderful and the people are friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the view, lagoon, all facilities. Went to pancake breakfast last Sunday. All in all, we had a very enjoyable experience.

Great location right on the gulf, hated to leave. Loved to sit out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon and gulf. Great property, very clean and quiet. Away from the heavy tourist areas to be able to enjoy a more peaceful vacation yet close to activities. Nice beach side restaurant a couple streets/canals over. Great host, Deb is very responsive to your needs, easy to contact. Love nature's wildlife, variety of birds, loved to watch the ducks, mallards. 2 bedrooms with their own vanity and bathroom, master has a large king bed connected to the balcony over looking the gulf, very comfortable, has small tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed which is very firm, so if you like a softer bed would suggest bringing a pillow top mattress cover, no connected tv in the room. Kitchen has everything you should need for a stay. Has a beautiful new stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Thanks so much for your hospitality Deb. Looking forward to coming back. Shari and Stan

For the perfect stay, stay at Pelican Point.

If you like very comfortable first-class surroundings, a private balcony overlooking the private pool, the private beach, the private lagoon, and the pelican rookery with another beach in a very quiet, safe, with 24-hour security 2 bed, 2 full bath condo with all of the amenities, then this is the place for you. We stayed a week, and we could have stayed forever. Plus, we had a great landlady. Our 17-year-old Chihuahua, Pepi, loved it as well.

The Condo is beautifully decorated with my favorite colors. We enjoyed the view and weather was perfect. The accommodations suited us very well. The kitchen is well furnished with appliances etc. Deb was available to answer all questions. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The week at this location was just what we needed. The scenery was gorgeous. There was complete peace, which provided for a much needed restful week. The condo was so nicely decorated and inviting. I could say that the owner, Deb, was complete responsive to any issues, but the fact is there were no issues! The pool was nice and never crowded at all. The walking path is so nice. I would love to come back and stay!

Sunrise and sun set was great, I'd say unique ocean and laguna view, pool by the ocean side was awesome wish, wish it was closer to white sand beaches.

Hidden Gem

Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. Communication by owner/host was great before, during and after our stay. Condo was as pictured/described and area was spectacular. We don't like being in the middle of all the hectic mess that some locations provide. We felt like we had retreated 25 years back to old style gulf life. BUT, if we wanted to be in the middle of things for shopping or activities, everything was within an easy drive. Perfect for the vacation we wanted and needed. Thanks Deb!!
