## Space

This magnificent duplex located at the slopes of Mottaret, in the Châtelet district, is ideal for a wonderful week in the mountains. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and successfully blends the mountain spirit with refinement.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, open to a spacious living area with a pleasant high ceiling and abundant brightness thanks to the large bay window. You'll also find a second spacious and roomy lounge, easily convertible into a bedroom with a very comfortable 160 cm sofa bed and sliding door.

You'll also appreciate the large 16 m² south-facing terrace, offering a view of the mountains.

The main bedroom, with a 160 cm double bed, also opens onto the terrace. A second bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds. Lastly, the charming mezzanine bedroom, with its bathroom including a whirlpool bathtub and toilet, provides a very pleasant space. A second bathroom with a shower and separate toilet is located on the first level.

You can also enjoy the spa after good days of skiing or relaxation!

The apartment is located in Méribel Mottaret, at the foot of the slopes. Access to skiing is very easy: you put your shoes on less than 100m from the apartment! A supermarket 30m away and many restaurants on the resort's snow front.

The free shuttle makes it easy to go wherever you want within Meribel’s valley. It goes every 15min in the morning and at the end of the afternoon.

Great Apartment

What a great apartment, the accommodation was as described and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was next door to a shop and ski-hire, with the ski lifts 5 minutes away. We had an amazing ski holiday at Sherpa 17 and would definitely recommend it, we hope to be back there soon.

Cozy, and Wonderful location.

We really loved staying here! Great location - very close to groceries, restaurants, and shops. And and easy 5 min walk to the lift and/or gondola. The only reason for 4 stars is that the loft upstairs was a bit stuffy, and a bit warm to sleep in. The loft was also a bit smaller (in head height) than we expected. I'm 6ft tall and had to hunker a bit so I didn't bonk my head. Other than that, it was an absolutely wonderful place, and I would still stay at Sherpa 17 again! Thanks for renting it to us.

Great place for a family trip

The apartment is in a great location just a short walk from the piste and the lovely walks around Lac Tueda. The interior was beautifully decorated and the sauna was a great addition. We had 2 babies in our group and the ground floor garage was great for storing the pushchairs, meaning we didn’t have to carry them up stairs. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink during our stay but Fabrice was easy to contact. The only downside to this apartment was the very dry air inside from the weather and vast amount of wooden cladding. An air humidifier would have made it better for the babies sleep.

I booked and paid a deposit late last year and 2 weeks later had to cancel due to a family bereavement. I asked for a refund of my deposit and was told that I could not have any refund due to 'strict' booking policy.

Location of the apartment worked very well for us since it is steps away from CLUB PIOU-PIOU. It is also step away from the grocery store, ski rental and a bus stop. Garage is a big plus and a parking for the second car next door. Instructions for arrival were perfect as well as a communication with the manager. Jacuzzi and sauna are very nice features. Drawbacks: no external window in the bedroom upstairs. Therefore the room is stuffy. No equipment to dry ski boots. Ski locker is on the second floor. Fridge is very small. It was not a problem for us in winter but it can be in summer. Colander was missing.

Garage is a big plus and a parking for the second car next door. Instructions for arrival were perfect as well as a communication with the manager. Jacuzzi and sauna are very nice features. Drawbacks: no external window in the bedroom upstairs. Therefore the room was stuffy especially if one uses jacuzzi. No equipment to dry ski boots. Ski locker is on the second floor requires effort to carry skies up. Fridge is very small. It was not a problem for us in winter but it can be in summer. Colander was missing.
