Schönes großes Haus. Sehr sauber. Großer eingezäunter Garten, sehr gut für unseren Hund. Große, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Die Betten waren bei unserer Ankunft bezogen und Handtücher hingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr gut erreichbar. Er hat uns auch Tipps gegeben, wo man gut Essen gehen kann und regionale Walnuss-Produkte kaufen kann, direkt vom Erzeuger. Sehr ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb vom Ort. Fernseher nur mit französischen Kanälen. Wir haben auf unserem Tablet Filme geschaut. WLAN war dafür ausreichend. Saint-Geniès ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort mit Bäcker, Metzger und kleinem Supermarkt. Vom Haus zu Fuß in den Ort sind es ca. 20 Minuten und es ist etwas hügelig, deshalb sind wir meistens mit dem Auto gefahren. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es unheimlich viele Schlösser, Gärten und wunderschöne Dörfer, die besichtigt werden können. Ich durfte mit dem Hund nur in ein Schloss nicht rein, sonst konnte ich ihn überall kostenlos mit hinein nehmen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus.
