Great Place to Stay

Love the location, the apartment has everything you need. Host was very prompt to respond to questions/issues. We felt very secured, people that work there were friendly and accomodating to our needs. Walking distance to grocery store, near to mall and restaurants, overall very pleased with this place.

Great Los Balsos condo

Beautiful, clean 2b/2b securely located in Los Balso, as advertised. Very easy to go about the city with Uber. Great communication with the owner and easy check-in process. Highly recommended, although a bit noisy with street traffic in the morning.

Beautiful room in a wonderful building and neighborhood.

We loved our stay! The staff were all very kind and helpful, the host answered all of our questions and we loved the view from our 16th floor balcony. If you are thinking of booking in el Poblado, book here! Everything was clean immaculately and we felt so comfortable our entire stay. Thank you Luisa for being such a wonderful host! We can wait to be back in Medellín again.

The apartment was nice and facilitated what we needed. The location is on the side of a mountain but luckily Ubers were readily available and cheap. Supermarket down the street came in handy. The security at the location was top notch. The pool was good, doable gym, cafe was good, overall great property. Only issue we had were supplies needed like paper towels, toilet paper, there was not enough to last the entire 5 day trip. But overall good property

Family gathering 2024

Our family gathered in Medellin, traveling from US and Chile to be together for holidays. The location worked well but the apartment advertised beds for 6 people which it definitely did not have. Two couples work, but not 6 people. There were not enough towels or beds or linens to accommodate us. Unfortunately the host never answered our messages once we arrived. However, the guys at the front gate are a delight. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

En cuanto llegamos al las 6pm al lobby nos informan que esta en contrucion el apartamento de las fotos por el cual pague , me dicen que me van a dar otro sin vista y sin balcon y que me van a devolver $60 dolares , me parece que ese es el enganche que tu veas este apartamento tan bello en el 16 piso para cuando llegues te den uno en el 5 piso que no se ve nada comparado por el cual yo pague , todos estabamos muy disgustados y ya a esa hora de la noche en un paiz que no conocemos a nadie no podiamos escojer otro apartamento y menos que solo fuimos por 3 dias se iba a perder mucho tiemo. Tambien yo pregunte muy bien si habia secador de pelo ya que soy asmatica y me confirmaron que si , y devido al cambio de apartamento no habia y estuve 2 horas con la cabeza mojada esperando a la esposa a que por fin me trajera uno. por ultimo desde el sabado le informe que no teniamos toallas limpias y vieron el mensaje por whatapp y me ignoraron , el domingo y lunes nos tubimos que secar con toallas sucias ya que cada cuarto solo tenia 2 , el apartamento es bien pequeno. lo bueno es la locacion , la seguridad del lugar , y la limpieza porque todo el apartamento era nuevo , y las personas de la garrita en la entrada muy amables y servicial .
