Relaxing and comfortable home. For November ,with cold temps, house kept warm and nice..Appreciated fenced yard .Neighborhood is a cute area of Sioux Falls, great for walks with a pet or child. Access to resturants, shopping were great.Would recommend 2 babygates for stair safety ,going down or up stairs if young toddler staying.Have family, so looking forward to returning in future.

Overall stay was good. The kitchen is nice and I liked the fenced back yard and patio area. We stayed over a hot weekend in July and the upstairs AC unit was not functioning rendering the kids beds unusable for our 2night stay. We had to rearrange sleeping arrangements and did not sleep well. There was also a longer checkout list than many places we have stayed at. We would stay again if the AC unit is functioning.

Kristin was very accommodating for some changes in our reservation, including letting us have a late checkout. It was our 2nd stay there and both were good experiences.

Excellent location. Beautiful neighbourhood. Clean and plenty of room. Wifi was poor and would be nice to have outdoor seating to enjoy the patio.

Great home - very nice visit

The house was comfortable and spacious. It was located in a great area. Owners were very communicative when we had questions/issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

Great house that accommodated 3 of us and our dog. Comfy beds, everything we could have needed in the kitchen, and great neighborhood. Would stay again.

Girls' weekend

We loved the vintage cottage! Just perfect for three women. I would rent it again - close to downtown, great house, convenient, etc. My only recommendations: identify the "lip" somehow in the basement doorway/threshold. I stubbed my toe HARD on that going into that bathroom for the first time and didn't notice it. Maybe some way to point it out? And the shower curtain in the main level bathroom (the inner liner) could use replacing - it's rusty looking on the bottom. Other than those things, awesome stay! Thanks much!

Good holiday stay - flexible hosts

We have stayed here before. This time we had reservations for Christmastime. Due to the weather, we decided to come to Sioux Falls a couple of days early. Our hosts were very accommodating with our last minute request to add a couple of days and we had no problem getting in early. Greatly appreciated!

Great stay

We had a great stay for a wedding weekend and really enjoyed having a home to come back to in between our events. We should have brought coffee grounds (brought k-pods whoops) but that was minor as there are plenty of places to grab a coffee in the area! Would stay again or recommend to anyone!

Cute, cozy house

We had a great time at this adorable little property. It was very cozy and kids loved the mini pool table downstairs. The little extras like makeup remover pads, small water bottles and such were such a great touch. Thank you!

Nice updates

We had a good stay over Thanksgiving. The Kitchen is very nice, with updated appliances, cupboards & countertops. We brought our dog & the yard is totally fenced, so that was very convenient. There was an issue with the furnace & plumbing that we discovered Thanksgiving afternoon. Being homeowners' ourselves, we understand this usually happens at inconvenient times. The owner was on it! Repairmen were there within an hour of us contacting the owner - on Thanksgiving, that was impressive & appreciated! Will definitely consider booking again next time we're in Sioux Falls.

Wonderful and convenient

This property worked perfect for my short stay in Sioux Falls. It isn't too far from downtown or the paths along the river. Kristin was great to work with. I would definitely book again if I was looking for a place to stay in Sioux Falls.

Quiet & Chic

This house was great for our stay! We enjoyed two nights with another couple, and had the perfect amount of comfortable space. The decorating and updates to the home were well thought out, and it had all the amenities we needed. Even had a fenced in yard for our dog to enjoy. The neighborhood is adorable! We had one problem with the heat not working when we arrived, and the owner worked quickly to have someone onsite to address it. The situation was resolved within a couple hours, and we couldn't have been happier to have warmth in the house as the sun was starting to set. Would stay here again if ever in Sioux Falls in the future.

I strive to make sure all of our properties have the essentials for day to day living and items I appreciate when using other VRBO's, such as books, games, etc.
