My husband and I now own 7 rental properties, three of which are in Sioux Falls where we both grew up and the others are in Okoboji, IA, where we like to vacation in the summer at the lake! I manage all of our properties and have been doing so for 4 years now. I strive to make sure all of our properties have the essentials for day to day living and items I appreciate when using other VRBO's, such as books, games, etc.

Why they chose this property

This home is newer and updated with today's trends. It has 4 bedrooms, two of which have a king bed in them! The neighborhood is quite and one block away from a grocery store, Walmart, places to eat and get coffee. This home is ideal for business travel, couples and families with older children.
