Private Pool Home in a safe, family neighborhood. Enjoy some relaxing time in the large private pool lanai while your dog enjoys the fenced back yard. ** The pool is not heated.**

Prepare meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, or catch a game on the 70" smart TV. Spoil yourself with the KING pillowtop bed in the master. The whole family will enjoy this place to work or play as the Wi-Fi is 400 Mbps and 3 desks are furnished for your convenience.

You will find everything here you would expect at home plus beach chairs, grill, cooler and umbrella, washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of cooking tools and small appliances in the kitchen. I am a detail person and think of the "little things" that make your stay convenient and comfortable. Some consumables are provided like paper plates, paper towels, laundry supplies, shampoo, basic spices and condiments etc.......

We had a fabulous time at Shady Pines. The house is very well appointed and filled with lovely details. Check-in was a breeze. All three bedrooms had ample closet space, comfortable beds, and lovely decor. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. Our grandkids LOVED the pool and the lovely backyard. We all loved the patio with a magnificent fan and comfortable furniture.The kitchen is amazing! Coffee maker and pod coffee as well. We cooked several meals during our stay and appreciated all the cookware and tools available. The washer and dryer were a plus in the ample garage.Tammy is an amazing host and very responsive. She gave us great recommendations about the area. A lovely place to stay, with plenty to do around.We highly recommend this magnificent find.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Tammy is a wonderful host who cares about her guests and her house very much. It’s a well equipped house, so comfortable. Anytime we had a question for Tammy, she always got back to us the same day. The location is wonderful. A quiet neighborhood close to shopping and very nice neighbors. Amazing Property

The house was wonderful, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and with the nice patio furniture spent most days outside. Would definitely recommend!

Family visit
