The property was in an amazing location and in a QUIET area. We had an amazing day lounging by the pool and with a quick walk we were relaxing on the beach. I’d love to stay here again.

Quiet and Comfortable Spot

Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is a very short walk to the beach and Wanna Wanna (serves great ceviche and fried foods). The pool is clean and the unit's pics are accurate. Will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

My family enjoyed our time visiting Spith Padre. The size and layout of the unit was nice. There were a lot of HOA rules and regulations associated with the condo, which was a little inconvenient, but overall, it was a good stay.

Beautiful & fun! The pool & common area is beautiful. Easy beach access & close to restaurants & shopping. Only reccomendation I would have is to have body wash, coniditioner & lotion in the bathrooms. It was just a ton of shampoo. Small small detail. Overrall amazing!

Great place!

I love this place. I have stayed in several units in this location before and have loved every single room. Frank is great. The living room TV wasn't working, I called him up to let him know, and he took care of it. Great host. The beach, coffee shop, gas station, and a bar all walking distance. Love it. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Short walk to the end of the street to the beach access. This room is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. However, that was not a problem for us. Condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. Clean and fresh sheets, blankets and towels. Host was quick to respond when I had a question or needed clarification on something. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be looking into staying here again in the future!
