AUNIS BAS—The apartment is located on Rue d'Aunis in the heart of Royan, in a fully renovated historic house that has been divided into two apartments; it can be rented in its entirety for a family and/or friends. Sleeps: 4 people. The apartment’s entryway opens onto a large living area. To the right is a beautiful, modern, open-concept kitchen that is fully equipped (induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, etc.). There is a separate half-bath. The living area features a large table (with an extension leaf) for convivial meals, a sitting area with a sofa, TV, and internet access. The sleeping area is accessed via a hallway: - 2 bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed and storage space. - 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a built-in toilet. The outdoor area features a large courtyard where you can eat or relax. A griddle is available, along with patio furniture and a garden hose for when you return from the beach. A washing machine is available in the outdoor utility room shared with the apartment above. Free parking spots are available all around, as well as at the cathedral parking lot. It’s a 4-minute walk to the market, 2 minutes to shops and stores, and 4 minutes to the beach. Option to rent the apartment above to have the entire house for 10 people. Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. Wi-Fi is available; pets are not allowed. This accommodations are not accessible to people with disabilities.
