Come stay at the Treehouse - a lake house on beautiful Lake Hartwell, and located 20 minutes from downtown Hartwell.

The house has a massive kitchen, with a custom-made table to seat 16, perfect for making memories over shared meals with family or friends.

Everyone will have their own space at this house, with 6 bedrooms including 1 with built-in bunks to sleep 4-6. 5 of the 6 have lake views, so no one has to fight for the best room in the house!

We call it the Treehouse because the elevation of the property makes the living room feel like you’re in the trees - a wonderful setting to take your coffee in the morning.

Of course, you don’t come to the lake to sit in the house - we have a covered dock on deep water (~30 ft) just off the main body of Lake Hartwell, perfect to float off the dock, or keep your boat while you’re not out on the lake. When night falls, get off the water and enjoy a beautiful fire pit with stars overhead (s’mores recommended).

The nine members of my family loved the Lake Hartwell house! The house had plenty of room for everyone and the dock and deep clean lake water made the trip extra special. My only caution for others is the steep descent to the dock and the climb back up to the house. I highly recommend this property and plan to rent it again in the future.

Everything was great! Loved the kitchen ‘floor’ with huge table for all our games as well as dining. So many cabinets and high quality dishes, etc. Spent lots of time on the screened porch just talking. Loved the paved path to the lake which was deep water even with the lake a little low. We are a 3 generation group of 10 and this is our 10th year to vacation on a lake. This was our favorite!

We had a great time with our family this past weekend. The house is huge and there was plenty of room for the 14 adults and kids we had. Never cramped. The downstairs kitchen was the center of everything for us. If we were not hanging out on the dock enjoying the peaceful cove we were in the downstairs kitchen having meals and games. The host was super easy to communicate with and was always available when needed. We could not ask for a better time. Thanks Again!!!

Great stay

The house was awesome, lots of space and we got lots of exercise with the 3 levels. And loved the table because everyone was able to sit in one spot to eat. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful vacation home for a family group. Lots of room for everyone on 3 different levels of the house. Very well supplied and maintained. Spacious kitchen with wonderful massive dining table. It was so nice to have our whole family at one table for meals. Easy lake access via paved path from the house, nice dock with chairs, and plenty of vehicle parking.

Spacious, water went out temporarily but not a huge deal. Stock was limited on paper towel, we were there during Thanksgiving but needed extra paper towel, ran out dish soap also. The path to the lake is steep, the elderly folks did not make it down to the lake.

Wonderful home with everything needed to enjoy time with the family. Tons of space to spread out, but great areas to come together for meals and relaxing together. The owner was very easy to communicate with! Fun and peaceful!

We grew up spending holidays and vacations as a family at my grandfather's 6BR house in the mountains of north Georgia, and when I decided to buy a vacation home I knew that I wanted a house that could also sleep a whole extended family. When I first saw this house, and especially the massive kitchen, I knew it would be the perfect home for hosting lots of friends and family. I hope that your group enjoys the time spent together as much as we do.
