Superbe Appartement cosy et élégant totalement rénové récemment avec terrasse d’environ 48m2 avec une partie couverte , aperçue mer et vue dégagée sur le jardin de la résidence avec un aperçu mer depuis la grande terrasse de l’appartement.

Very nice appartement, everything was there. And the terace was very big with a big couch and 4 lying chairs.

Our stay at La Nartelle

The apartment is small, but furnished in a modern style and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and we did not miss anything. The surrounding area is very silent - ideal for good sleep. Things to be improved: - condensation water of the air condition drips on the terrace all the time creating puddles everywhere. Appropriate drainage would make sense. - for international guests: all communication (mails, leaflets, instructions) should be in English language

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche, und war überwiegend sehr sauber, nur den Ofen hatte man übersehen. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, wie in einem Mobilhome, aber die Terrasse ist riesig und bietet viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt immer Schatten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Sommerurlaub im Juli 2024

Die Anlage und die Ferienwohnung waren sehr schön, gut gelegen. Allerdings wäre die Wohnung für 6 Personen zu eng, es gibt zu wenig Staumöglichkeiten. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein. Für 3 Personen war es okay. Die Terasse verlängert quasi den Wohnbereich, das ist richtig toll. Leider konnten wir nur ca. 2/3 der Fläche nutzen, da die Pinien /Nadeln den Boden völlig verklebten. Die eigentlich freie Sicht auf das Meer war durch zu hoch gewachsene Bäume versperrt. Das war sehr schade. Im Ganzen hat es uns aber gut gefallen und wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub.

Unterkunft mit einigen Mankos

An sich eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr großzügigen Terrasse und guter Ausstattung. Der Check-In lief problemlos und eigentlich hätte es ein entspannter Urlaub sein können, allerdings gab es viele Defizite, die die Stimmung trübten: Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Bettlaken des Vormieters mit Urinflecken waren sehr eklig, Waschbecken und Kühlschrank waren nicht gesäubert, auf den Nachttischen befanden sich noch Gegenstände anderer Gäste. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte gar nicht und musste erst am Folgetag repariert werden - ene Reinigung des WCs konnte im Vorfeld also auch nicht stattgefunden haben ... Ich denke, man kann erwarten, dass man bei Anreise eine saubere Wohnung vorfindet und nicht noch selbst anfängt zu putzen, weil es einfach eklig ist. Der Backofen war auch defekt, was wir aber erst am Folgetag festgestellten, ebenfalls sehr ärgerlich, da wir Lebensmittel usw. bereits gekauft hatten und diese nicht wie geplant zubereiten konnten. Für 4 Personen ist der Platz und Stauraum in den Zimmern knapp aber machbar, 6 Personen könnten eigentlich nur dort schlafen, der vorhandene Stauraum ist eigentlich nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Wifi lief nur sporadisch und man konnte sich mit maximal 3 Geräten im WLAN-Netz anmelden - eher ungünstig, wenn man zu viert reist und jeder ein Handy hat. Ich würde die Unterkunft aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen, Preis-Leistung ist nicht angemessen! DVermieter kümmert tung ist nicht angeme

Die bezaubernde Schwester von Sant-Tropez

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist, entsprechend der französichen Gewohnheiten sehr auf das Leben draußen ausgerichtet. Für zwei Personen war die Wohnung gut. Sehr sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Das WLAN ist nicht abgesichert, sodass einige Internetgeräte dessen Nutzung verweigern. War für uns kein Problem, da wir die schöne Lage sehr genossen haben. Sainte-Maxime und dessen Marché Couvert sind mehr als einen Besuch wert. Für Familien mit Kindern kann die Unterbringung des Gepäcks problematisch sein, da es in der Wohnung nicht viel Schrankkapazität gibt. Wir fanden es klasse.

Leider war vieles nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben

Ausgesucht haben wir das Apartment, weil ein Pool zur Verfügung steht und man in 7min zu Fuss den Plage de la Nartelle erreichen kann. Leider war der Pool ab 1. Oktober geschlossen, was eine doch sehr grosse Enttäuschung war. Der Besitzer hat uns EUR 100 zurückerstattet, doch dies machte für unseren Sohn die Enttäuschung nicht wett. Zudem war Gehdistanz zum Plage de la Nartelle 26min, und nicht 7min wie angepriesen. Dazu kamen einige Unannehmlichkeiten: keine Vorabinfo zu Bettwäsche und Badetücher, falsches WIFI login am ersten Tag, 3ter und 4ter Tag komplett offline und danach kleine Bandbreite und instabile Internetverbindung. Leider entstanden für uns dadurch hohe Roaminggebühren. Auch da gab es leider keine Kommunikation vorab. Es stellte sich heraus, dass das deutsche Inserat überhaupt nicht mit dem französischen Inserat vom Besitzer übereinstimmte. Agentur und Besitzer schieben sich gegenseitig die heisse Kartoffel hin und her. Wir haben im Endeffekt nicht das bekommen, was angepriesen wurde und die Woche war mit viel Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden. Die Parkanlage und die Region sind wunderschön. Der Besitzer zeigte sich einsichtig, antwortete zeitnah und versprach in Zukunft die Punkte zu verbessern.

Hammermäßig schön

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage, die Lage ist suuuper, die Wohnung absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein super großer Balkon , toller Pool, sehr netter Vermieter-absolut problemlose und freundliche Kommunikation! Schränke für Kleider etwas knapp, und Zimmer bissl klein, aber da schläft man ja auch nur☺️absolut empfehlenswert 👍👍
