We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, this charming house seen sea, with swimming pool, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 385 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The entrance to the flat is on the upper floor.
It is composed as follows:
Lower level :
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, functional stove and dining area
- An open plan kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with: oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and its adjoining bathroom with bubble bath
- A separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine

Upper level :
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room

Outside :
- An above ground swimming pool with sea view of 5 x 2,5 x 1,2 meters, not heated, with cover.
- A pleasant terrace with sea view of 70 m2 with 2 relax, a large aluminium table with extension and chairs and a sitting area (pallets with cushions).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
Its ideal location will allow you to quickly reach the main centres of interest of North/West Corsica: Ile Rousse at 6 km, Calvi or St Florent in 40min, calanques of Piana, Cap Corse...
You can take advantage of the proximity of the sea to practice various nautical activities or rent a boat.
Discover the maquis by going hiking.
Events: festival of Saint Florent, festivocce PIGNA, theatre festival Renucci...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage of the house.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- L'Île-Rousse - Gara di Lìsula train station at 6,5 km (about 14 minutes)
- Calvi Sainte-Catherine airport at about 35 min by car

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- The stove is functional. Wood available in the garage. To be used sensibly.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Kit for 2 persons: 35€; kit for 1 person: 18 €. A kit includes sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towel.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
