The host had just about everything you need and was very helpful in orienting to the property and location. I loved the location, very close to bars, cafes, clothing boutiques and market.

Great. Good introduction to the apartment from the owner.. The apartment has everything you need and a supermarket and public transport close by. The only downside was that the wifi was a bit erratic at times.

A week in Lisbon

Joao’s apartment is excellent, well equipped, quiet, large enough to feel at home and in a perfect location in Graça. I would highly recommend this property.

Quiet location

The apartment is on a quiet street, but very close to the lovely Alfama district and easy to walk to sights. It is very well supplied with everything you need. I would stay here again.

Great location

My daughter and I loved the neighborhood - quiet and secure yet easily walkable to some good bars/restaurants. Joao was a very attentive host, giving us a personal welcome and overview of the property upon arrival. We had a comfortable stay and would happily rent here again.

Perfect location

Walking distance to everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery store, pharmacy, and myriad restaurants and cafes. Friendly, safe area with a scenic lookout at the top of the street at one of the highest spots in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment with plenty of room. It's very well equipped and has quality linens and a great mattress on the bed. It's very close to two of Lisbon's overlooks so you'll be able to take advantage of the amazing city views multiple times each day should you want. There are nearby grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants.

Really nice apartment, 30-45 minutes walk to everything! Great supermarket 2 minutes walk! Lots of steps all around d Lisbon if your walking there’s almost no getting around that! Great experience in Lisbon

Apartment was clean and communication with host was easy. He also organized transportation to the airport for us. We didnt mind the walking - but this neighborhood is located at the highest point in Lisbon, most tours meet in the square, which is lower. The neighborhood though, has everything you could need if you just want to live like a local!

Centrally located yet quiet & cozy

Lovely place with lots of great restaurants shops and cafés around the corner. Really close to an amazing view point as well and a short walk to the castle St. George as well. All around a great little place. The patio does not have much of a view but is a cute little place to hang out as long as the upstairs neighbor does not hang dripping wet laundry which fortunately only happened once. But if you do hang laundry best to put it away from the other neighbor’s laundry lines. Only weak point is the WiFi. It keeps dropping out - whether you move around or not. Impossible to make WiFi calls because we kept cutting out. Other than that a great place.

Lovely Neighborhood Apartment

This apartment is in a great location on a quiet street in the Graca neighborhood. Very accessible to two Tram 28 stops, a short walk to the square where there are several bars and restaurants. We recommend the Satellite Restaurant where we had lunch upon our arrival. The apartment is just a few steps up to a first floor level. it is secure, clean, contemporary kitchen and bath and has everything you may need, including washing machine + there is a Laundromat just steps away (Bring coins!) This is an owner-managed apartment and Joao kept in touch, greeting us upon arrival and showing us the apartment. Bed can be made up as twins or king. Internet worked flawlessly. All in all this was an ideal location and apartment for our 5 days in Lisbon. Highly recommend. Thank you, Joao!

Good location

we arrived later in the evening - host was there and very accomodating, What we noticed the nxt morning was the mold on the bedroom window frame leading to patio - curtains and the patio. We kept the bdr window shut - I did communicate with him by text which he did not get But then i sent an email message which he responded to right away. By then it was too late to do anything we were leaving in two days (and over New Year holiday) The apt was otherwise was fine

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est parfait, idéalement situé. Bonne literie, cuisine fonctionnelle, petite terrasse bien agréable. Quartier calme et en même temps proche de tous commerces et transports en commun. Parking disponible dans la résidence, un luxe pour Lisbonne. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un tres agréable séjour à Lisbonne, de merveilleuses rencontres et plein de tres beaux musées et autres sites touristiques accessibles gratuitement avec la Lisboa card. De plus l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal dans un tres agréable quartier et proches des transports dont la mythique ligne de Tram Graça 28.L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Séjour parfait à Lison

Nous avons passé un magnifique 5 jours dans l’appartement de Joao. L’appartement est situé dans un endroit magnifique de Lisbon à proximité de tout pour les visites . L’appartement est très confortable avec deux climatiseurs qui ont été très apprécié avec la chaleur durant notre séjour . Très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour que vous passiez un bon voyage . Je recommande cet endroit à 100% . Je retournerais au même endroit . Merci beaucoup à notre hôte pour son accueil !
