Cool interior in the summer thanks to its wide stone walls.

Go to the Méouge gorges 18 kms away, meeting place for nature lovers especially for its natural pools, or those of Brieu 17 kms away on the way to Buis.
There are many sports opportunities in the surrounding area: horse riding, hiking, cycling, swimming, climbing.
In the village we also have a lavender distillery which is worth visiting for free.
Discover an underground world in Saint-Christol, watch the monk vultures nest on the Rock of Cairo or fly over the Drôme Provençale yourself in a tandem paraglider in Mévouillon.
In the village of Montguers we are lucky to have a paragliding teacher who can make you fly.
Note that the magnificent spa resort of Montbrun les Bains is only 20 kms away, and the nautical bases of Nyons and Vinsobres, real paradises for children, are only 40 kms away.
The Ouvèze river crosses part of the village. You can swim in it in certain specific places and have your dog refreshed.
3 klms away, you will find a pizza restaurant - the bougalou - where you can eat very well.
Also 3 klms away in the village of St Auban you will find a top-of-the-range restaurant - la clavelière - with a gourmet menu.
In Buis les Baronnies you will find all the shops, banks and restaurants.
An unforgettable walk in the heart of lavender!
Why lavender fields, you may ask?
Well, soaking your memories in these purple hues is an experience not to be missed. Between June and July, lavender spreads its royal dress offering a breathtaking natural spectacle. It is often said that the first encounter with these fields is an indescribable emotion, and for good reason!
The benefits of lavender are well established: soothing, relaxing, it caresses your senses while plunging you into a state of absolute serenity. Imagine a gentle breeze that carries the very essence of well-being. The bees, meanwhile, dance happily from one flower to another, adding a melody to this tableau vivant.
You will be able to discover the traditional distilleries where lavender is transformed into an essential oil. I strongly advise you to visit one of these distilleries to understand the fascinating process of lavender transformation. This is a precious opportunity to exchange with the producers and appreciate the authenticity of this territory.
One thing is certain, the Drôme Provençale and its surroundings still have many secrets to reveal to you!
