The accommodation
Large living room of 70 m2 with open kitchen (redone this year).
Kitchen and adjoining dining room, with terrace access.
1 large mezzanine above the kitchen where you will find children's games.
The house has a cooling by the floor, and its terrace is exposed to the north-east, so it is in the shade from the end of the morning.

On the first floor, a corridor will lead you to the night area. 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite and 2 bathrooms.
3 bedrooms have 1 double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 or 3 single beds. 1 cot + mattress is available.
Bed linen is provided.
1 additional room accommodates a sofa bed, where children can sleep.
8 to 10 people max will be able to live in the house.

1 laundry room and 1 patio to dry laundry are available.

Outside, you will find everything you need to make barbecues, or cook your pizzas with a wood-fired oven.
A petanque court is available, as well as a swing, a ping pong table...

A swimming pool with waterfall and jacuzzi will allow you to cool off. It is protected by a wooden barrier and an alarm.
A solar shower is available.
A swimming pool builder is provided to manage the pool if necessary.

In front of the house, you will find something to park, safe with the electric gate lock.
An electric vehicle charging station is available.

The house is our main accommodation, we live there with our 3 children.
