Hello, and thank you for your reply.Sorry for my delay as we just arrived home after staying one night at the West Baden then the other night French Lick Resort clearly resorts understanding the customer experience and well worth the money.We can certainly agree to disagree on some of these points. However, I would like to offer a few additional observations.First, cleanliness and acceptable standards can be subjective. What one renter finds acceptable may not meet another renter's expectations.Second, if a groundskeeper regularly inspects the property, I believe the large spider webs, approximately four feet by four feet, located on the side of the unit and around the main entrance should have been noticed and addressed prior to our arrival.In addition, the walkway to the unit, which appears to be a hand-laid asphalt path, is uneven and would present challenges for anyone with mobility limitations. While the driveway is manageable with an AWD or four-wheel-drive vehicle, the incline and loose gravel can make access difficult. I believe this should be more clearly disclosed on your website so guests can make informed decisions.Regarding the chair, I again feel that routine inspections should have identified both the damaged chair and the hole associated with it. Those items appear to be maintenance issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived.Lastly, there was a noticeable musty odor inside the unit.
