Only a few minutes drive from Patoka Lake boat ramps! This rustic retreat offers an open floor plan featuring a cozy living area, a bar-height dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room includes a comfortable queen-size pull-out sofa, while the private bedroom has a plush queen bed. The bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower for your convenience. Really enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful, and quiet setting! It was an excellent spot for my personal retreat. Tom is an excellent host, and very responsive.

A newer build cabin that checked all the boxes. The location is wonderful and within 15 minutes of French Lick and Patoka Lake State Park. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, and has all the little detailed items including very nice dishes and utensils, all linens, 2 coffee makers, microwave, gas grill, fire pit, screened porch with swing, etc.. We briefly met the owner ‘Tom’ and he was awesome and lives close by to the two rental cabins, He took the time to give us recommendations of local attractions which was very helpful. We enjoyed our quiet evenings around the fire and listening to the sounds of nature which is all you can hear at this quiet location. It’s a beautiful and safe area with plenty to do. We would love to come back and would stay here again for sure!

The cabin was easy to find and very clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. We appreciated the WiFi as our phones don’t get much reception in that area. The complimentary mug and candy was a wonderful touch. The host Tom was very nice! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Cozy Cabin

Our stay was incredible! The host was so kind and checked in with us and offered an extra night when we got rained on most of the weekend. The place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It was a little removed and in the country which we loved. It was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

My husband & I had a fantastic stay! For us, it was the best of both worlds. We appreciated the modern amenities, such as AC, full bath, full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc., TV & wifi. We also love to camp & be outdoors. The cabin is located off the beaten path, surrounded by woods (Hoosier National Forest), included a fire pit & grill. Our favorite feature was the screened in porch.The property is a short drive to outdoor adventures such as state parks, trails, caves, Patoka Lake, (& more), as well as indoor activities such as wineries, restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely return & recommend to others!

Weekend getaway

This is the perfect getway. We sat on the porch looking into the woods listening to nature. Did some fishing built a fire. And most of all relaxed. The information that lets you know about the cabin is right on and more. Did not need anything everything was there from coffee,creamer,seasonings, ect..And Tom the host was so awesome. If you want the perfect getaway this is the place.
