Perfect Cabin for Fisherman and Families

PATOKA HILLS - Great cabin in perfect location for fisherman and families!

Fisherman will enjoy the close proximity of 3 boat ramps on Patoka Lake with plenty of space to park your boat onsite. Families will enjoy the close proximity to the French Lick area (which includes bowling / mini golf / bike trails / go karts / indoor water park), French Lick Scenic Railway, Patoka Lake State Park (fishing / swimming / hiking), Marengo Caves, Paoli Peaks (skiing and tubing), Holiday World and Splashin' Safari, Wineries, Golf Courses and so much more.

The cabin has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a newly added second bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a cot and pack and play available if needed.
The kitchen is fully furnished, including a Keurig and Crock Pot.
The bathroom includes towels and washcloths.
There is a washer and dryer available for use.
WIFI is included.
There is a wrap around porch with outdoor seating to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature and a concrete firepit area to enjoy some s’mores and stars!
No Pets or Smoking.
There is a security camera on the corner of the garage pointing at sidewalk to the cabin that is only used when there are no guests. This is the only security camera on the property.

It was very clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to get away from the city and work stress and this was a great place to do so.

Weekend stay

Upon arrival, cabin appeared clean and as described. It’s close to a boat ramp and a little bit farther from south ramp. One pest issue we let the owner know about. There is a nice outdoor area but it could use cleaning and a good wash. We appreciated the extra cot and pack n play for kids. Overall it worked but could use some pest control and deep cleaning.

We stayed at the cabin for two days. The cabin was spacious, well stocked & clean & convenient to lots of things but not smack dab on top of anyone. The host was prompt w/any questions & very helpful w/area suggestions. We will definitely stay there again!

The cabin was great. Easy to find close to what we wanted to do. Very clean. Only thing I might suggest is some slip pads in the shower. Would definitely stay again

Great little cabin

Cabin is cute, clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and well cared for. There is another cabin close by but the back deck and fire pit face the woods for privacy. There are towns nearby if you need anything. French Lick is a short drive away. NiNicelittlcabin.cabingetaway.
