This cozy coastal condo is perfectly perched at the Alligator Point Marina. Steps from the sound lapping at your feet, and ideally situated in close proximity to the “Tiki Hut.”

Start your morning swinging on the patio with a sunrise cup of coffee and end your evening with a 5 o’clock margarita. Close to all the action — public boat ramp; the tiki for food, music and happy hours; private (condo owners only) access to the beach, and more.

The condo has everything you could need for your next retreat. Carport parking underneath (easily fits a truck and boat trailer), and the patio is outfitted with a outdoor picnic table (complete with built-in cooler), a daybed porch swing, and outdoor shower.

The house comes with plenty of entertainment: a basketball hoop, two kayaks, and a grill. The full-size kitchen is fully stocked (pots, pans, utensils, drink-ware, blender, cookware, etc.), and the large dining room table accommodates 8 with plenty of room.

Lounge in the tasteful, nautical-inspired living space (barstools for added seating) or venture out to the upstairs deck and catch views of seagulls, pelicans and boaters.

Three bedrooms (two queens and one king) are completely outfitted and each boast their own bathroom (spare linens and towels included). The master bedroom houses an array of novels for beach reading (and you’ll find games in the pantry in case of inclement weather).

The master bedroom also has a twin daybed for additional sleeping, and the upstairs hallway has two single bunk beds (with privacy curtains) for added heads in beds.

Guests have entire access to the private three-bedroom, sound-side condo.
