Notes:
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood adjoining the Salt River National Park...the views are awesome and town/nightlife is very close...within 10 minutes or so. Beautiful beaches also less than 10 minutes away. The property is situated between the rain forest on the west and Christiansted on the east. A small grocery is located down the block...the main grocery store just a few minutes by car.

Overall, we really like the property.

We love the privacy, pool, layout, and amenities. This is the second time we rented this house and this year, the kitchen was dirty, we had to clean it. before we used it, there are animals in the roof making noises at night, the power was out and we could not use the generator because we didn't know where the gas valve was at in the middle of a storm at night, laundry room flooded in the rain, probably because the gutters are plugged. It just seems the property isn't as up to standards as it was the previous year. We would rent it again though.

Owner's Response: Good morning, Dane. My apologies for our shortcomings this trip. We are in the throws of some property management personnel changes (not company changes) and it shows. There is no excuse for the villa not being 100% up to snuff for your arrival. I would love you to return next year (or sooner!) and will gladly comp you all a dinner at the restaurant of choice on-island in a feeble attempt to make up for this years sins. We have embarked on a general refreshment of the villa in 2017. Immediately after you checked out, the painters showed up and will be painting the interior and exterior of the property. The kitchen and all bathroom cabinets have already been replaced and after painting is complete, we shall be reupholstering much of the furniture. The transfer switch on the generator shall also be repaired/replaced (the generator should come on automatically when the power goes out!). Again, my sincere apologies. These things, especially the dirty kitchen, are simply inexcusable. Sincerely, William Goulet, property owner.

Wonderful location, absolutely relaxing and all amenities needed for a tropical vacation!

This was one of our most enjoyable vacations! We shared the house with another couple and found the location and amenities were perfect. The private pool was glorious!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Tropical Privacy

This is the property if quiet privacy is your desire! The view of the bay pictured is exactly the view you get from the pool, and the closest neighbor who can see you on the pool is at least a haf mile away & would need binoculars to see you lounging on the deck. ;-)

Robin & Walt are awesome hospitality liaisons & are very responsive to issues... even if there is nothing they can do! The internet was intermittent, and Robin tracked down the cause to an island-wide issue and kept us updated on ETA for the resolution.

The house was also as described/photoed, so no surprises. The beds were remarkably comfortable for someone used to sleeping on a Tempurpedic!

It's off the beaten path, so a rental car is necessary as the nearest grocery is a few miles away.

We will return someday to re-experience this gem.
