This spectacular vacation property is located on the east end of the Island of St. Croix, the most desirable part of the Island.  Views of downtown Christiansted, Buck Island, St. Thomas, and Virgin Gorda. This property sits high in the neighborhood of Seven Hills offering breathtaking views that are some of the Island's BEST.
Nothing has been overlooked in this perfectly appointed Villa.


Jaw dropping views all the way around, inside and out! Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay in St Croix! You will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, pool, and beach supplies, i.e. Beach Chairs, Towels, Umbrellas, and even a SUP board! Bluetooth speakers are available upon request. High-end linens throughout the property.

The bedrooms easily accommodate 6 but using a sleeper sofa/rollaway the home can accommodate up to 8 with additional fees. The furnishings and decor are pristine and the house is newly renovated.It is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in a private setting. Newly installed UV filters provide safe drinking water.

A quick 4.6-mile drive to Downtown Christiansted and The famous boardwalk that is perfect for dining and people watching.

Vista Del Mar Villa
This home has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms along with an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. An entertainer's dream! Enjoys and drinks and snacks at the pass-through Kitchen Window Bar. Perfect for relaxing poolside. The King size master bedroom is located upstairs, which is the entry-level and main floor and has a Tempurpedic Adjustable mattress. Smart TV's in the master bedroom and main floor living area. Extra amenities everywhere including a Sonic Ice Machine and Margarita machine.

Floating stairs bring your downstairs where 2 bedrooms and a living area boast sunsets views as well. The king-size and queen-size bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. A sofa in the downstairs living area has queen size sleeper sofa. Four additional roll-away beds are available if needed (upon approval). Completely remodeled downstairs kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, plus full-size dining room table.  Downstairs has its own newly landscaped lawn and garden area. Full sliding windows open to a private furnished balcony with amazing views of Buck Island.

Tropical beauty abounds this property with lush native landscaping. Luxurious outdoor seating throughout the property. High atop Seven Hills allows for incredible views breezes and utterly relaxing opportunities to sip your coffee or enjoy a cocktail as you watch boats sail by.

The property manager/owner is available on site to assist with special requests or needs. The property manager stays in the cottage on site, which faces away from the main house, to protect and respect your privacy. I am available to ensure a great stay and an excellent guest experience and you will not see me unless you need my assistance. I am available for concierge services. Your privacy is of the highest importance, however, there are portions of the pool which fall within the coverage area of a few of these cameras.

Cameras with coverage of Vista Del Mar entrances are located:
- outside the kitchen door which has an obstructed view of a portion of the pool area
- above the front door which has an obstructed view of a portion of the pool area and a
view of the walkway to the front door
- above the downstairs deck which covers the downstairs patio entrance.
- above each of the 2 downstairs exterior doors

Cameras are also located:
- on the host’s residence to cover the parking area
- on the host’s residence to cover her entrance
- on the gazebo to cover the parking area and gated entrance

Wow! Just wow!!! Words and pictures do not accurately portray just have spectacular the views are from this beautiful home. Perched so high on the hill the views are breathtaking. The home is immaculate with all conveniences you could ever wish for. Laura, the owner/host is amazing! She will give you all the privacy you need and then all the help you need should you want it. Ton's of puzzles and games, fantastic TV's, furniture, beds, pool, outdoor kitchen and comfortable deck chairs. Highly recommend!

In the dictionary of vacation villas, under the word perfect, is the Vista Del Mar, on the island of St. Croix. We have been to the island five times, and went this year to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This villa is exquisite! The view of the ocean, the city, and Buck Island is spectacular. The pool is perfectly situated with multiple lounge chairs to enjoy either sun or shade, your choice. In an era of VRBO properties supplying less and less supplies, this villa has about everything you can imagine. Wanna go to the beach? Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and even paddleboards are there for you. Wanna enjoy the pool? All there. Including a wonderful bluetooth speaker system.Wanna cook in? EVERYTHING is there, from spices, to appliances, to a beautiful outdoor grilling area.Need information on the Island, the city, dining areas, or anything at all? Owner Laura is near and always available. Want total privacy? Just let her know, and you will never see her. But she is a lovely young lady, and a joy to get to know!! And please say hello to Lilly the Wonderdog!The pictures of the villa tell it all, and they are all real, as to what you will see if you visit. We had a most perfect week, and will be back.

Great week at STX

This is a top of the line property. Excellent views, condition and overall set up/layout. I would describe this property as "Extra" as the host has been incredibly thoughtful about what a family on vacation needs and wants. We spent several days at the house (pool days) and several days exploring the island. The host has everything you need for a day around the pool or to go to the beach (coolers, tumblers, towels, chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas). Kitchen is professional grade stocked with everything you need/want. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at hands down!

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved this property and will definitely rent it again! It’s a beautiful, well-appointed home with spectacular views of the Caribbean and Buck Island. The property has everything you need - beautiful pool, a gas fire pit and grill, and plenty of outdoor seating, as well as beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc. The host, Laura, is always available if you need anything, and the property is very well maintained. This place was immaculately designed with comfort in mind. There is literally everything i needed and wanted at this place. Comfy beds, pool, views, space, privacy, cleanliness, beach chairs/towels/coolers etc - all in a well-designed package. The host was so helpful, thoughtful, and generous and made us feel attended to during this trip. Like it was a dreeeam. If you are considering this place, stop looking and BOOK IT! Incredible View and Home

Vista del Mar is truly an exceptional vacation home. The house is tastefully decorated, outfitted with anything you could want or need, elegant yet comfortable, and the views are spectacular. One clear day we saw St. Thomas, St. John's and some BVIs. The outside pool, patio, fire pit and outdoor kitchen areas made it easy to relax and find privacy, even with a big family group. The location on St. Croix is above it all and still close to many beaches, restaurants, shopping and charter boats. Laura is a fantastic host, unobtrusive and yet available to help out as needed, from house info to restaurant and excursion intel. If you're going to St. Croix, this is a great choice for accommodation.

Breath taking amazing

From the moment we walked in, the views and amenities were amazing! We were so impressed by the online pictures but nothing compared to the actual vista from all the rooms and outdoor spaces. Laura is the best host and so accommodating. She has thought of everything. The furniture is so clean and comfortable. The kitchen and pantry so well appointed that Gordon Ramsey couldn’t get upset. Beds were comfortable and left us well rested for the next day’s adventure. We could see the sunrise peaking over the hill and sunsets were spectacular. Outdoor dining and kitchen a perfect extension to the wow of the indoors. We can’t wait to book again!!!

The best vacation of our lives

The house is immaculate and exactly as depicted. The views are stunning and Laura was a truly incredible host. We stayed the entire week of Thanksgiving and had cooking obligations for dinner. The house lacked absolutely nothing- fully stocked with every utensil possible which made cooking several dishes a breeze. Laura is so hands on and attentive is an understatement. She thought of everything, high end furniture, bug spray, blue tooth speakers, Margaritaville drink mixer! The 270° views were bar none. We won’t stay anywhere else on St. Croix. 10/10 stars!

Little slice of heaven in St. Croix

We found our week long stay at Laura’s residence to be unforgettable! From the beautiful views, well groomed and colorful landscaping, the pool, fire pit and well stocked home, our stay was a perfect kid-free getaway for 3 couples! Laura was always eager to help us plan dinners out if needing suggestions or to answer any questions we may have had! We enjoyed a beach day with snorkeling in Fredrickested (Louie’s Nachos Bar), sunset dinner at AMA, Mother’s Day brunch at Caroline’s, a ferry ride to Hotel on the Cay for some beach bbq, a charted snorkel tour to Buck Island, and ended our week with another sunset dinner at Duggan’s Reef for Lobster! We came away from this vacation rested, happy and eager to plan our return. This property is a must stay when visiting St. Croix! You won’t be disappointed!

St. Croix Paradise

Property was spotless and the decor was beautiful. Laura was easy to work with and answered all my questions. She met us upon arrival to make sure we could find the home the first time. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including pool and beach towels and beach chairs. We spent more time lounging at the home than we thought we would because it was so comfortable with the ocean breezes and views. There’s also a built in ice machine in the kitchen that we all loved and want now at home! We can’t wait to come back! It was a great week with friends and having this home to come back to was the icing on the cake!

The views, the style, the decor, the pool, the attention to detail will have you wanting to come back ! It's just a drive down the hilltop the closest beach and short drives to many uncrowded beaches all over this island. You are up in the quiet but minutes away from the action of downtown.
