Il se situe proche de la mer et de tous les commerces (Boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, restaurants, divers commerces, ...).
A proximité de la gare SNCF et des arrêts de bus, on peut tout faire à pied.
Résidence fermée et sécurisée.
Il se compose d'une entrée desservant une chambre avec lit double et placard, une salle d'eau avec douche et WC, un salon avec canapé convertible.
Cuisine américaine toute équipée( éléments de base, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, ...), terrasse fermée style loggia qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur, vue sur la rivière.
Climatisation, Wifi, parking commun.
Tout pour passer une agréable séjour à Agay sur la Côte d'Azur.
