Nous revenons vers vous suite Ă  notre sĂ©jour de 4 jours en famille dans l’un de vos logements le grand frontalier, sĂ©jour qui s’est malheureusement dĂ©roulĂ© dans des conditions totalement inacceptables. À notre arrivĂ©e, l’appartement Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat dĂ©sastreux : extrĂȘmement sale, mal entretenu, fenĂȘtre et chasse d'eau cassĂ©e, avec une forte odeur persistante de cigarette et une isolation trĂšs insuffisante. Ces conditions ne correspondent en rien Ă  un logement proposĂ© Ă  la location, a fortiori pour une famille avec enfant. Par ailleurs, nous avions expressĂ©ment demandĂ© un lit parapluie avant notre venue. Cette demande avait Ă©tĂ© confirmĂ©e par Rock in Share, avec la garantie qu’un lit parapluie et un matelas seraient mis Ă  disposition. Or, nous n’avons obtenu ce lit qu’au bout du deuxiĂšme jour, et sans matelas, ce qui est inadmissible. L’intervention de la femme de mĂ©nage a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© trĂšs problĂ©matique : dans un premier temps, elle nous a affirmĂ© que le mĂ©nage avait Ă©tĂ© fait, avant de reconnaĂźtre progressivement que de nombreux Ă©lĂ©ments avaient Ă©tĂ© “oubliĂ©s”, tout en prĂ©cisant que certaines zones ne faisaient, selon elle, “pas partie de sa prestation” puis a quittĂ© l'appartement sans le fermer. Ce manque de professionnalisme est inacceptable. À notre dĂ©part, j’ai laissĂ© l’appartement dans un Ă©tat plus propre que celui dans lequel je l’ai trouvĂ©, ce qui n’aurait jamais dĂ» ĂȘtre nĂ©cessaire compte tenu des frais facturĂ©s.

Le logement est conforme Ă  sa description mais l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral est un peu en dessous de l’annonce - vĂ©tustĂ© de l’entrĂ©e du bĂątiment - tissus chaises et canapĂ© pas trĂšs cleans Mais emplacement super pour nous, literie et salle de bains trĂšs bon Ă©tat. On renouvellera sans doute

War in Ordnung

Leider war die KĂŒche nicht komplett ausgestattet, es war weder ein Topf vorhanden noch genĂŒgend Besteck. Da die Unterkunft fĂŒr 6 Personen vermietet wird hĂ€tte ich das vorausgesetzt. Sehr schmutzig war es nicht aber sehr sauber auch nicht..zum Teil haben wir in den Betten KrĂŒmmel gefunden und mussten erstmal alles desinfizieren. Die WĂ€nde sind auch sehr hellhörig und man bekommt von den Nachbarn sehr viel mit. Alles in allem fĂŒr einen Kurztrip in Ordnung aber nichts fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt.
