Magnificent house/property

We had a terrific vacation at Bianca's house. The house is magnificent and the view is simply extraordinary. The infinity pool, outdoor terrace and furniture made it a delight to eat and hang out on the terrace, enjoying a fabulous sunset after dinner.

La maison est agréable, quoique un peu petite. La vue est magnifique, mais nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine pendant 1 semaine, car elle avait tourné. La situation est un peu éloignée de tout, à part Ajaccio à 50 minutes, il n’y a pas de petite ville ou bourg aux alentours.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la maison et surtout sa vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les îles Sanguinaires. Nous sommes toutefois assez surpris par la remarque concernant la taille de la villa. Celle-ci fait 250m2 et dispose notamment d’un séjour de près de 60 m², d’une cuisine de 30 m², d’un espace TV indépendant, de grandes chambres ainsi que d’un appartement attenant entièrement équipé de 80 m². À cela s’ajoutent plus de 300 m² de terrasses, un patio ombragé, une cuisine extérieure, un espace barbecue, un bar, un terrain de pétanque et différents espaces de détente. Toutes ces caractéristiques sont d’ailleurs clairement détaillées dans l’annonce. Concernant la piscine, nous regrettons bien entendu cet incident exceptionnel, survenu en pleine période de canicule. Nous avons été prévenus le vendredi soir et notre pisciniste est intervenu dès le lundi matin ; il ne s’est donc pas écoulé une semaine avant notre intervention. Enfin, Portigliolo est précisément apprécié pour son calme, son environnement sauvage préservé et sa proximité immédiate avec la mer. Une petite épicerie se trouve à quelques minutes et, en moins de 10 minutes en voiture, on trouve boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, Carrefour Express et autres commerces. Agosta, Isolella et Porticcio sont également facilement accessibles. C’est justement cette combinaison entre tranquillité, nature préservée, proximité de la mer et vue panoramique qui fait tout le charme de la Villa Bianchina.

Un lieu enchanteur

L'agencement et l'équipement de la maison, son confort, la vue sur la mer et les bateaux, la piscine, ont dépassé nos attentes. La gentillesse et l'assistance de Sophie, l'intendante, ainsi que des propriétaires, méritent une mention spéciale. Nous recommandons cette villa sans la moindre hésitation.

Exceptionnel, vue et situation magnifique

Sejour sans faille, la villa et ses chambres toutes avec salle de bain privative, l'environnement, la piscine à débordement et les terrasses extérieure étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes. Sophie qui nous a reçu sur place été d'une grande gentillesse. Une adresse à recommander chaudement.
