Maison incroyable qui tient toutes ses promesses: une villa de films! Entièrement rénovée avec ses baies vitrées lumineuses, la vue est magnifique. La piscine à débordement face a la baie d’Ajaccio est une grande réussite. Magnifiques couchers de soleil tous les soirs. Extrêmement propre comme on en voit rarement et bien équipée. La plage d’Agosta située juste en bas est très bien. Accueil et réactivité exemplaires assurés par Bérangère qui est très sympathique.Seuls petits inconvénients: la ville de Porticcio qui est la plus proche est assez moche avec peu de choses à faire. Et pas mal d’avions dans la baie pendant l’été, ce qui génère aux heures de pointe des nuisances sonores qui peuvent gêner les plus sensibles. Il serait bien d’ajouter des équipements enfants (lit parapluie et chaise haute).

Très belle villa avec une vue exceptionnelle. Maison très bien équipée. Localisation parfaite, possibilité de prendre une navette bateau entre Porticcio et Ajaccio pour 8eur allé-retour par personne (durée 20 minutes).

Superbe villa

Conforme à la description. Vue mer extraordinaire. Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien décorée. Tous les matériaux sont de qualités. La literie est très bonne notamment. Proche de Porticcio et de la plage (4 minutes en voiture). Toute la maison est climatisée. Un excellent séjour pour nous.

Magnifique villa moderne avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe d’Ajaccio.

La villa est très récente au design moderne et aux équipements de qualité. La vue accompagnée de la piscine débordante est sans aucun doute l’atout principal. Elle est très bien située, dans les hauteurs, à 5 minutes de la plage d’Agosta en voiture et 10 min de Porticcio. Un très bon choix pour des vacances réussies.
