Ideally situated at a 15 minute walk from downtown and the impressively extensive Saturday outdoor market, 10 minute walk from the train/bus station, but just at the edge of town where there is no traffic, just peace and quiet and a few birds.A vineyard with a wine shop is about a 25 minute outside of town.

Lovely little villa

Gorgeous little villa, very clean and had everything you need. Francine was very helpful, and we managed to converse despite my French not being very good. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of booking and checking in and out and was available for if I had any questions if needed. Highly recommend. Thank you again Francine.

Nous avons passé de superbes jours!Le gîte est très bien placé et nous avons pu visiter d’autres endroits.Lo location est juste comme dans l’annonce, très propre, bien équipée. Il ne manque rien pour bien profiter et passer de bons moments en famille.Francine la propriétaire est une excellente hôte. Elle avait tout préparé pour notre arrivé, nous a donné les bons indications et nous avait même contacté avant notre arrivé.Bien évidemment on garde cette adresse et nous retournerons une autre fois pour continuer à explorer et à passer de bons moments.

Escapade pour le week-end du 11 novembre. Trois jours très agréables (mais trop courts!) dans une belle région. La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée, calme, avec un petit jardin; supermarché tout près. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire. Au programme: gorges de l'Ardèche, ferme aux crocodiles, village médiéval d'Aiguèze, pique-nique au bord de la rivière Ardèche. Nous reviendrons dans cette région.

Eine superschöne Woche in Pomt Saint Esprit

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Francine ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hat auch gute Tipps zu Ausflügen in die nähere Umgebung gegeben... auch zu dem, was nicht im Reiseführer steht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher waren im Preis inbegriffen. Nahrungsmittel haben wir dann vor Ort nach Bedarf eingekauft. Den Pool und den schattigen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig, aber das Zentrum von Pont Saint Esprit fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Mon fils ma chienne et moi avons été agréablement accueilli par Francine. Les photos reflète tres bien la maison et la piscine. Nous avons séjourné au mois de mai quelques jours, malheureusement à cause du vent nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais le cadre vacances était bien là. Mon fils fêtait ses 9 ans pdt notre sejours, et l'hôte a même pensé à lui offrir un petit cadeau ce qui l'a ravi. En tous cas merci beaucoup a Francine, notre petit séjour s'est déroulé à merveille et surtout pour sa bienveillance et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons. Je recommande vivement !

Merveilleux sejour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte. La maison était propre et fonctionnelle, Piscine et jardin sans vis à vis ce qui était extrêmement appréciable. Chien accepté dans la location ce qui était indispensable pour nous.
