quiet house of 120m2 with a private swimming pool of 4.5 / 10.5 with deckchair and parasol its garden of 4000 m2 with trees in the heart of a pine forest, located 10 minutes from the gorges of the Ardèche. Near the Chauvet cave and the Avène d'Orgnac cave. Take advantage of the pétanque field and the 4,000 m2 of land for children. The house includes
a large terrace with table and chair for 10 people and its gas barbecue 1 bedrooms of 15m2 with a large double bed in 160 overlooking the pool and overlook the terrace.

nous avons apprécié la vaste pièce à vivre, la piscine sous la canicule et les commerces pas trop loin (6 à 7 Kms). Seul bémol , départementale à moins de 100 m trop bruyante ( extrêmement passante) pour laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit.

Superbe maison, très bien équipée, maison propre, literie confortable, draps et serviettes fournis en bon état, grande piscine entretenue par pisciniste, à proximité de diverses activités, parcours vtt appréciables pour les adeptes! Y a de quoi faire sur le secteur!! Secteur très calme! Seul petit bémol, le terrain non clos pour les animaux et pas que les nôtres, d’autres chiens venaient sur le terrain. Séjour très apprécié

Tout simplement magique !! La maison est superbe, fonctionnelle et saine. La terrasse fermée est un vrai + question sécurité pour les petits et avoir l'esprit tranquille. Le jardin est un véritable cocon, au calme, les plantes sont superbes et les balades sont très agréables tout au long de la journée. La piscine ?! Pareil que pour la maison, exposition parfaite du soleil. Il ne manque rien, le lien avec la propriétaire est sérieux, présent et très agréable. Agréable maison avec piscine

Très jolie maison, moderne et agréable, et très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré la décoration, la présence du piano, la piscine, la grande terrasse, le barbecue récent, la belle salle de douche, et la propriétaire très agréable et réactive en cas de besoin. La piscine a été entretenue tout le long de notre séjour, ainsi que la terrasse, toujours en toute discrétion. La maison est très bien située, à quelques minutes de Barjac et de vallon pont d'arc : marchés, canoë, visites des grottes et d'un château complétement refait à neuf… Merci Sophie pour ce très bon séjour

Had a great time,lots of cooking utensils and equipment,great patio and seating area. Pool was nice and warm, only negative could have done with a few trees being trimmed as they keep sun off the pool area in the early evening and in the early morning which is a nice time to sunbathe.

Deuxième séjour à Vagnas et encore de supers vacances. Malgré une fin de séjour un peu chaotique (voiture en panne), rien à redire sur la semaine. Propriétaires plus que disponible, discrets et on les remercies encore pour leur aide. Maison super, juste peut-être (et j'ai oublié d'en parler avec eux) l'éclairage de la terrasse le soir qui est un peu juste et celui de la piscine qui se met en route un peu tard mais je pense qu'il suffit de régler le programmateur car il fait noir plus tôt!!! Je ne change pas d'avis par rapport à l'année dernière, je recommanderais cette maison à mes plus proches amis et à la famille. Merci Mr et Mme Borie (PS: Tom a adoré le TGV...)

Tout d'abord un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux. La maison est superbe, encore mieux que sur les photos, très bien équipée tout comme l'extérieur. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine. Au delà de la location qui tient toutes ses promesses, les propriétaires sont charmants et le cadre ideal pour des vacances au top. Nous recommandons fortement.

Super maison tout confort, mieux que la description qui en est faite. La propriétaire est très gentille et disponible à tout moment, très discrète aussi. Un petit présent nous attendait dans le frigo (une salade, des tomates, des oignons et un poivron), très agréable lorsqu'on arrive! Maison très grande, très propre, la propriétaire est venue faire l'entretient de la piscine très discrètement en notre absence. Le niveau d'eau a été adapté pour les enfants, super. La maison est plus qu'équipée, comme chez soi! La literie est top, on y dort très bien. On peux faire plein d'activités et pas besoin de faire beaucoup de kilomètres pour voir de belles choses. Je recommanderais cette location à mes meilleurs amis. On y retournera...

Fine property in fantastic location

This secluded, mostly very peaceful, property is very well equipped by the usual standards of holiday rentals. Rarely do you find a home which comes with such a range of (operational) kitchen appliances and utensils, and there is also a modern barbecue which did such a quick job of cooking fresh meat beautifully. This was all a genuine pleasure for me as an enthusiastic chef who cooks from scratch twice a day. The villa is very well situated to get the best of all that is available in the Ardeche region - horse-riding, kayaking, bike hire, zipwire fun - just outside of sleepy Vagnas, close enough to the hub of Vallon Pont d'Arc to be there within ten minutes of driving, but far enough away to have a real sense of escaping from the thronging hoards of tourists in the main town. The villa is set back from a D road which has quite a lot of traffic in the summer, passing, as it does, through the heart of the region. So you can hear the cars from the garden, but overall, I found this a peaceful house and the small noise did not disturb me, despite my sensitivity to it in general. I would recommend it to people looking for a calm location, despite the road's proximity. Our only issue was the pool, which, like so many holiday rentals, is unheated. None of us could easily get into the water as we all (two adults, two teenage boys) found it too cold. This is a shame as having a pool is so important to me and I happily pay the extra for it, expecting to use it regularly to cool down after hectic days of sport with my sons. In the end, I managed to get in by jumping - too quickly submerged to be able to change my mind - but after a quick swim to one end and back, I was straight out again! The owners say it should be warmer in high summer - we were there at the end of the season. I also think that in my family, we are all genetically pathetic when it comes to cold water. But this was overall a disappointment. The owners are lovely people and were very helpful when needed, but discreet when not. We took our two dogs, who had a fine time and enjoyed copious walks in the forest nearby. The only issue might be that while the terrace and the pool are individually fenced and gated, the perimeter of the property is not. My dogs stayed close to the house while outside of the gated areas but others might not, so bear this in mind - it might also affect young children if unsupervised. But this was a fine holiday in a fine location.

Gite d'une très grande qualité , avec un niveau d'équipement supérieur. Magnifique piscine, idéale pour les enfants et les longues soirées étoilées. Excellent rapport qualité/prix L’accueil des propriétaires est remarquable ( vraiment très sympa), on se sent tout de suite à l'aise et en vacances ... Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnel ... Au final , c'est le lieu et l'endroit rêvé pour être sur de passer de très bonnes vacances. Merci M. et Mme Borie et a bientôt très certainement.

naar onze mening verdient dit vakantiehuis niet de 5 sterren die het krijgt in de vorige beoordelingen. alles is een beetje kapot, versleten en vuil. door de vele bomen op het terrein ligt het zwembad vanaf 16u reeds in de schaduw. de locatie daarentegen is perfect en ideaal om de streek te ontdekken. bruno en sophie zijn heel sympathiek.
