This home is a brand new remodel offering a great open floor plan with a nice welcoming entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen & family room with a wood burning stove. In the living room there is a picture window for great natural light in the house. This neighborhood is a prime location being centrally located to Lake Coeur d'Alene, downtown and Hayden Lake. Located 16 miles from Silverwood Theme Park and just minutes away to hiking on Canfield Mountain.

Very comfortable place to stay

The place was great for our family. Comfortable house with a big yard. Perfect for traveling with kiddos. Excellent location too, right by good hiking and views.

Lovely and clean, pictures don’t do it justice

Thank you Vick family for sharing your spot! The house was clean and lots of room. We had a group of 5 for a weekend at silverwood. Super close to everything but far enough away from bustle and noise. Quiet and nice neighborhood; loved watching activity across the way in the fields. This time it was just the adults but the home was very child friendly as well - maybe a family trip in the future. Great spot - thank you so much.

Beautiful Home / Perfect Location

We stayed at this beautiful completely remodeled home for 3 nights in August while we visited Coeur D'Alene and Silverwood Amusement Park with our daughter and her family. The home is perfectly located a few minutes from the Coeur D'Alene waterfront and about 20 minutes from Silverwood. The home is located on a huge corner lot with lots of green space in a quiet residential area with beautiful views of the nearby mountains that are only a few blocks away from the home. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch taking in the view after a long day at Silverwood. The home has plenty of room and everything you need for a few days visit or an extended stay. The large remodeled kitchen has all the essentials for preparing everything from a small meal to a gourmet dinner. We enjoyed our time at the home and would definitely stay there again the next time we are visiting the area.

This is our primary residence — the closet spaces will be available to hang belongings but will not be emptied. Kitchen space is stocked for guests to use spice cabinet, coffee, and refrigerator space. Kitchen is fully stocked for guests to be able to cook and bake comfortably.

We do have two cats on the property. They are not allowed in the house - however we do have a cat door for them to the garage for them to access their food & water. We have chickens out in the garden that you are welcome to see.

The chickens and cats do not need tending too while staying at our home.

This home is a great location with a beautiful view of mountains. Dalton Gardens is a beautiful neighborhood convenient to coffee shops (1.8 miles), Costco (2 miles), Target (2.2)
