About this property

House in a Gated Residence

Come discover our ideal home for a family vacation, with over 50 km of cycle paths, close to the La Palmyre Golf Course and Royan, and the water sports center with its various activities (windsurfing, wing foiling, paddleboarding, canoeing, catamaran, kitesurfing, etc.).
The beaches of the Côte Sauvage are bordered by cycle paths, and surfing beaches with food trucks.
Our home features a private, non-shared 8 x 4 heated swimming pool (from June 1 to September 30) on a wooden deck with shade sails.
The main room, the open-plan kitchen, and the master bedroom directly overlook the pool.
It offers a surface area of ​​120 m² plus a garage and two parking spaces.
The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.
We provide bed linens, towels, and cleaning products for the kitchen and dishwasher.
The house is fully equipped: pyrolytic oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, freezer, and Nespresso machine.
All bedrooms have closets and free Wi-Fi.
For young children, a travel cot, high chair, booster seat, and baby bath are available upon request.

This is a beautiful, modern property with everything you could need for a wonderful family holiday. The kitchen has literally everything you could need, including loads of fridge and freezer space. We loved the comfy beds, electric shutters and of course the pool, which was warm enough to use throughout our stay. The house feels very spacious as there are many places to sit and relax together and separately. It is located in a quiet residential area, which feels very safe. There is a bakery, restaurants and local market within walking distance and many supermarkets nearby. The owners are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, being present at check in and check out. We were very sad to leave and wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thank you Bruno and Valerie for a wonderful holiday!

Nous avons loué pendant 2 semaines ce coin de paradis. La maison est récente et très bien entretenue. Tous les équipements sont là, il ne manque rien pour passer un très beau séjour. La piscine chauffée est un régal et les 2 terrasses sont parfaites pour manger ou prendre le petit déjeuner. N'hésitez pas.

Maison très agréable à vivre, propre et très bien équipée (vaisselle, appareils ménagers,...), on s'y sent comme à la maison ! La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Quartier calme mais proche des commerces et activités diverses. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Adresse à recommander. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil.

Superbe séjour

Le logement est dans une résidence calme la maison est superbe, propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer un jséjour génial. La piscine est très grande. Je recommande vivement cette location et la conciergerie rend les choses encore plus facile.
