Very quiet, single-storey house, rated 4 ****, sleeps 6, double aspect, close to one of the island's most beautiful beaches. It's my main residence and I've taken great care with its furnishings. I leave all the groceries available, so it's up to my tenants to replenish the stock.

Fantastic holidays house

It was just a fantastic house to stay on holidays. Well situated in a quiet area. Feels like home! Beautiful garden. Very friendly owner. From there you can easily walk, hike, or cycle.

Nice getaway for family and friends

A nice place for our summer family getaway. Our party of 6 enjoyed a clean, well equipped and nicely decorated functional house tucked away along a private road. Noteworthy are the nice deck and swimming pool set at the back of the property which were great for relaxation and for BBQing. Everybody had a great time.

Wie ein zweites Zuhause

Wir durften dieses wunderbare Haus mit unserer Familie nutzen und haben uns von Beginn an äußerst wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist super, die Lage zentral mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe- und doch ruhig gelegen. Die herrliche Insel kann von hier aus sehr gut erkundet werden. Schöne Strände liegen ganz in der Nähe. Mit Hund ist der nächstliegendste Strand allerdings nicht nutzbar. Wir haben aber einen tollen hundefreundlichen Strand etwas weiter entfernt entdeckt. Die Kommunikation war äußerst freundlich und Fragen oder Wünsche wurden zu jederzeit schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Maison conforme à la description de l'annonce. Idéalement située sur l'île d'Oléron. Jardin clos idéal pour les animaux. Environnement très calme sans vis à vis. La piscine est un réel atout pour la période estivale. Maison fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée. Point de détail un ménage un peu plus poussé sur les lustres. Echanges rapides et agréables avec la propriétaire. Très bon échange également avec la conciergerie, et merci pour leur réactivité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
