Hôtes ultra disponibles et très sympathiques, cottage très bien aménagé et super bien situé le long du canal de Bourgogne.Nécessaire de nettoyage à bord, literie très confortable, ainsi que le produit de première nécessité pour cuisiner.Petit verre d'accueil pour petits et grands à consommer bien frais dans le jacuzzi !Je recommande

nous avions pris cet hébergement pour le jaccuzi.la premiére journée,nous ne l'avons pas utilisé,eau trop froide.Nous avions réservé sur le canal pour être à l'écart. nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le port .ça nous servira de leçon,nous aimons un accueil physique pour nous expliquer le jaccuzi par exemple. c'est trop impersonnel.

Bonjour, Nous vous avions en effet proposé un surclassement en cottage flottant, généralement très apprécié pour son confort et sa vue sur le port. Si nous avions su que vous préfériez être le long du canal, nous aurions volontiers pu vous le proposer. Concernant le jacuzzi, nous souhaitons préciser que nous vous avons contacté à plusieurs reprises avant votre arrivée pour savoir si vous souhaitiez activer cette option. Votre confirmation n’est malheureusement arrivée que le matin même de votre venue malgré ns relances, alors que la réservation avait été faite plusieurs jours auparavant. Dès réception de votre confirmation, il a alors été mis en chauffe pour vous et un geste commercial a été appliqué pour vous. Notre hébergement fonctionnant à l’énergie solaire, le jacuzzi nécessite un délai de chauffe, surtout à la fin du mois de septembre lorsque les températures baissent. Nous avions également tenté de vous joindre pendant votre séjour pour nous assurer que tout se passait bien, sans retour de votre part. C’est dommage, car nous aurions pu intervenir immédiatement pour améliorer votre expérience.Nous serions ravis de vous revoir pour un prochain séjour — et cette fois, avec le jacuzzi parfaitement prêt à buller à votre arrivée !
