Banc des Flandres - Appt proche plage

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bray-Dunes, this charming apartment with sea view, directly on the dike, allowing direct access to the beach, of a surface of 77 m ² and being able to accommodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a single bed and bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

The apartment is ideally located in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market once a week...

Activities :
- Sailing - longe cote - paddle - speed sail - kite - many walks and bike paths.
- Quick access to the Belgian border and to the magnificent seaside resort of La Panne.
- Carnival of Dunkerque - tourism of memory with the operation DYNAMO.

Transportation:
- You can park near the apartment.
- Nearest train station: Dunkerque located at approximately 18 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Lille-Lesquin located at about 1 hour by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Rate for sheets 5€/person; household linen 5€/person (includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel, 2 washcloths).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The wood stove in the house is not usable.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.

There was no need to cross streets to get to the beach-- a big plus for families with children. The appartement was clean, and beds were comfortable.

The baby crib in the apartment was has barriers a bit short for a toddler who is already standing, so the host kindly got us a travel bed for our kid. 3 Would be even better with Wifi as we got bad weather and unfortunately the network reception wasn't great, but this is as advertised. At 7:30 the diesel engines would start up as the builders arrived and started work on the opposite building. This very noisy work went on all day! not restful, noisy & dusty. Unexpected."

Building Work

The apartment was excellent, with lovely sea views from the front windows. From the bedroom windows all we could see were 2 enormous yellow powered platforms. At 7:30 the diesel engines would start up as the builders arrived and started work on the opposite building. This very noisy work went on all day! not restful, noisy & dusty. Unexpected.

Nous avons apprécié l’accès direct à la plage sécurisé pour les enfants, la vue sur mer, la tranquillité, et tout le confort général : l’espace, le confort de la literie, en cuisine la qualité des casseroles et poêles, la présence de produits de base (sel, huile, vinaigre, produits d’entretien). Tout est bien vu. Ne manquent que des rideaux aux fenêtres.

Les fenêtres des chambres donnaient sur le chantier. Les ouvriers arrivaient vers 7h20 le matin et commençaient à travailler (réfection des façades) à 7h30. Ils s'arrêtaient vers 15h30/16h. Donc impossible de faire la grasse matinée ou la sieste. Je regrette que vous n'ayez pas pris en compte ce problème avant de me louer l'appartement. Pascale VIENNE"

Banc des Flandres "Perfekter Aufenthalt direkt am Strand! 5 Sterne! Diese Wohnung war die perfekte Wahl für unseren Familienurlaub! Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade war einfach unschlagbar. Man musste keine Straße überqueren, um zum Strand zu gelangen, was mit kleinen Kindern einfach ideal war. Der Blick aus der Wohnung war atemberaubend, wie man auch auf den Bildern im Inserat sehen kann. Wir haben es jeden Abend genossen, bei Sonnenuntergang zu essen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns bei unserer Ankunft alles genau erklärt und stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch die Möglichkeit, direkt vor der Tür zu parken, war ein großes Plus. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht (auf für kleine Kinder). Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem können wir diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen! Sie ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub oder einen Strand."

Situé sur la digue, on peut directement se balader sur le front de mer. le logement se situant au rez de chaussée, l'intérieur est à vue des passant. un petit brise vue de 30 cm suffirait à avoir une meileure intimité en journée. La salle de bain et la toilette ne ferment pas à clé. C'est un détail. Globalement, tout était parfait."
