It is composed of a nice living room of 51 m² (with pellet stove), an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The south facing apartment is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A living room of 51 m² with TV, Wifi, pellet stove, sofa bed (double), armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- A mezzanine with a relaxation area.
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) which can be separated into two beds.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 25 m² on the left of the house, facing South, fully enclosed with shade sail and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment within an old fisherman's district overlooking the town and the port. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
