Pretty farmhouse, renovated this year, facing south ,, very sheltered, 800m from the beach of the City Berneuf. It is equipped for 6/7 people. Very spacious (107m²), friendly and clear it includes a kitchen open to the dining and living room opening onto a veranda and terrace
In 2016, wifi installed
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with bathroom and 2 bedrooms with large bathroom and toilet. Two rooms have bed (160/200) a room with 2 beds (90/200), an extra bed (unepers) in the master bedroom. LIt baby and necessary equipment are available.

The sandy beach at 800m offers a choice of swimming, sailing, paragliding, angling etc.
The house is situated between 2 towns, Erquy and Pléneuf Val André, next to Cap Frehel, one hour from Saint Malo and Bréhat Island, half past one of Mont Saint Michel.
The magnificent golf Pléneuf Val André is a few minutes from the house and the spa Val André

Monique is a kind and generous host. We loved our stay at her large and well equipped house, ideal for our family of five adults and a 5-year old. Very comfortable, 2 bathrooms and plenty of hot water. A superb location for access to the wonderful beaches of Val Andre, Saint Pabu, Carouel and Erquy. We would love to go back again.

Perfekter Ort für Ausflüge in der Bretagne

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Entgegen der Beschreibung hat es tatsächlich Internet (Glasfaser) und WiFi. Frau Brehault hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Der örtliche Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man kann schöne Ausflüge nach Erquy oder auch St. Malo machen.Kurzum: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen!

Erholsamer Urlaub im Herbst

Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem sehr gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Ortsteil, weniger als 1km vom weitläufigen Strand entfernt. Es ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir hatten zu zweit jede Menge Platz und es war alles sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen, auch Ausflüge nach Saint Malo, Dinan oder bis zum Mont Saint Michel sind möglich. Das Inserat stimmt genau mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Madame Bréhault! Das Haus war perfekt für uns 6 Personen und war toll gelegen. Man konnte sowohl fußläufig, als auch mit dem Auto diverse Strände genießen und anderweitige Ausflüge unternehmen. Madame Bréhault ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

La maison est idéalement située, au calme et à moins de 5 minutes en voiture d'une très belle plage sauvage. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille de 6 personnes avec un espace bien séparé pour une ou deux personnes. Il y a un grand jardin clos pour les enfants. Possibilité de garer au moins deux voitures. La propriétaire est charmante et très réactive dans les échanges par mail ce qui est très appréciable.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem schgönen Ferienhaus und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Der eingezäunte Garten ist Urlaub für unseren Hund gewesen, man erreicht den Strand zu Fuß in max.15 Minuten. Wer mit Bretagne-Wetter umgehen kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Bon séjour

Le gite est très bien placé pour profiter de la mer et des chemins de randonnées. Il est possible d aller à la mer à pied (15 min env). La region est magnifique. La maison est spacieuse,confortable et plutôt bien équipée. Ps: si jamais des frais d électricité sont prévus dans l annonce, prevoir entre 10 et 15 euros par jour supplémentaires.

Herzlicher Empfang in schönem Ferienhaus mit guter Lage

Monique hat uns mit gutem Cidre und Keksen begrüßt und stand auch sonst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bei Fragen und Sorgen hat sie sich als außerordentlich hilfsbereit erwiesen. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen: es ist geräumig und modern sowie gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch der Hund konnte im Garten toben. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Bis zum nächsten Ort (Pléneuf-Val-André) ist es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Markt dort, der jeden Dienstag stattfindet ist wirklich sehenswert. Zusammengefasst eine absolute Empfehlung!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt dank der ruhigen Lage des Hauses

Wir fühlten uns bei Monique sehr willkommen und haben uns im Haus rundherum wohl gefühlt. Alles notwendige war vorhanden und der eingezäunte Garten war toll für unseren Hund. Uns fehlte lediglich im Erdgeschoss ein leeres Regal oder eine Kommode, um die eigenen Sachen verstauen und somit etwas besser Ordnung halten zu können 😃. Genau richtig für jeden, den es nicht stört, etwas abgelegen zu wohnen!

Schöner Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie (Kinder 3-10 Jahre alt) im Haus und finden als erfahrene Ferienhausurlauber dieses Haus sehr gut. Eigener Garten, großes Haus, schöne Terrasse, hell und großzügig geschnitten, Wintergarten für Regentage. Die Möbel und die Einrichtung insgesamt sind einfach gehalten.

Gite agréable

Gite propre à l'arrivée, fonctionnel, situé au calme. Appréciable : deux salle de bain + 2 WC et une véranda , vrai plus pour une météo très que médiocre lors de notre séjour; nous n'avons donc malheureusement pas pu utiliser les espaces extérieurs, dont une jolie parcelle de gazon. A noter toutefois qu'il faut utiliser la voiture pour accéder à la plage la plus proche ( court trajet ).

Gîte très agréable près de Pléneuf-Val-André

Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, à l'heure qui nous a convenu, et avec des intentions particulières pour notre arrivée. Le gîte est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Il est très calme et très agréable à vivre. Par ailleurs, il est proche de la magnifique plage de Pabu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet hébergement.

Erholung Pur

Die Begrüßung und die Übergabe des Hauses durch Monique war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus außerordentlich komplett. Als Hundebesitzer haben wir das abgeschlossene Terrain sehr geschätzt. Im Garten ist genug Platz zum Spielen und Toben, aber auch zum Sonnen und Relaxen oder zum Grillen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral zwischen Erquy und Pleneuf. Es gibt eine Menge zu besichtigen in der Umgebung und der nahegelegene Strand von Berneuf ist einfach traumhaft schön. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen - leider gingen sie viel zu schnell vorbei.

Excellente semaine

La maison est super agréable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer du temps en famille . En plus elle est très bien située pour faire de magnifiques balades le long des plages à qques minutes . Et cerise sur le gâteau , les propriétaires sont adorables et répondent toujours très rapidement .Cette semaine est passée trop vite à notre goût. Notre conseil : allez y !

wundervolles Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderbar von außen wie von innen. Liebevoll eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Es sind ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, der Weg an der Straße ist ein bisschen blöd (mit kleinen Kindern), aber lohnt sich und der Strand ist leer und wunderschön. In der Küche ist wirklich alles was man braucht (auch für größere Gruppen) und auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar grillen, essen und sich sonnen. Der kleine eingezäunte Garten ist die perfekte Ergänzung. Monique ist eine unkomplizierte und unglaublich sympathische Gastgeberin - wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Danke!
