Situated in a quiet location on the Séné Peninsula, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, on the hillside of a typical fishing village, you’ll be charmed by this spacious family home of over 200 m².
The house features two large living rooms, each 40 m² (one on the ground floor and the other upstairs), with views of the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands; four beautiful bedrooms and four bathrooms/shower rooms, as well as a large terrace opening onto a private garden. You can easily park two to three cars on the property.
The house is located 7 km from the Vannes marina (2 km as the crow flies!) and everything the historic heart of this beautiful city has to offer. From the house, you can also enjoy, on foot or by bike, the many coastal and hiking trails (47 km to explore in Séné) and discover the Gulf of Morbihan with its small ferries and landing stages to reach the islands (Île d’Arz, Île aux Moines). The Séné Marshes Nature Reserve offers the chance to observe and learn about the birds of the Gulf.
Moustérian Beach, the closest one, is accessible by bike (10 min) or on foot (20 min).
