Beautiful house with fantastic pool

The house exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable holiday. The foosball was a lot of fun! The downstairs toilet and shower room were very handy for the two downstairs bedrooms in addition to the main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The second upstairs living room was also a bonus. The pool got a lot of use, despite the inclement weather! The noise from the main road at the back of the house was a slight annoyance and being a fair distance out of Sarzeau was a bit inconvenient but we hired bikes which meant we could cycle (via the industrial estate) if we needed to. Some good beaches nearby, plenty to choose from. The Kermer restaurant was a real culinary highlight; a lovely end to our holiday. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison proche de Sarzeau, proche de tout.La piscine et la terrasse sont très agréables.Idem pour la grande pièce de vie en bas. Cuisine très bien équipée, grand plan de travail, le baby foot est un super plus.Les nuits sont calmes. La route principale est proche mais cela ne nous a pas gêné.Seul petit bémol la connection internet est assez faible et il est compliqué de capter correctement avec les téléphones dans la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Merci Julien pour votre message, je suis ravi que votre séjour dans le golfe ainsi que la maison vous ait plu. Concernant la connexion internet, je vais faire ma petite enquête auprès du voisinage concernant votre période de séjour car résidant très régulièrement dans ma maison avant et après saison je trouve que la connexion internet est justement plutôt très satisfaisante, vous êtes d'ailleurs le premier à soulever ce problème.... Quoiqu'il en soit, j'ai déja envisagé de passer à la fibre pour la saison prochaine... N'hésitez pas à me contacter si vous décidez de revenir , ce sera avec grand plaisir.. Je vous souhaite une bonne reprise et une bonne rentrée pour les enfants. A tres bientôt j'espére PASCAL et ELISABETH

Prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Eén fijne uitvalsbasis om de Golf van Morbihan te ontdekken. Sarzeau is om de hoek net als de stranden en Vannes. Mooi modern huis, met een grote tuin (afsluitbaar en privé) met een grote living met woonkeuken. Keuken is mooi compleet, veel servies en kookgerei. De slaapkamers zijn prima, niet heel erg groot, de bedden liggen goed. Er zijn twee badkamers met douche en wastafel, een douche is niet geschikt voor lange mensen. Er is een waskamer, ook heel compleet. Buiten is een lekker zwembad waar het goed toeven, ook is er een eettafel buiten. De bbq moet vervangen worden.

La maison est très bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite à l'aise. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. L'environnement est très calme et ça fait beaucoup de bien. Magasins et activités à proximités. Plages à 10 mn en voiture. Nous avons passées de très bonnes vacances. Et nous gardons cette adresse pour une prochaine fois. Merci beaucoup à Pascal qui était toujours disponible pour nos questions. Votre chez vous est vraiment magnifique. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

MAGNIFIQUE SÉJOUR

La maison est vraiment très belle d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipée, la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. L'environnement est très calme. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison, la région est magnifique nous reviendrons.

Wat een heerlijke plek!

Wat een feestje om hier te zijn en vooral ontspanning voor ons en onze 3 kids (3, 5 en 11 jaar) Het huis is echt compleet en ligt op een lekkere plek. Alles is aanwezig in het huis van uitgebreid servies, een wasmachine, goede demotica en goede bedden. Lekker (verwarmd) zwembad en handig met kleine kinderen dat je het zwembad ook op slot kan doen door de overkapping. Om de hoek zit een hele lekkere bakker, prima supermarkt. Ook een lekker strand (10 min rijden), leuke dorpjes en leuke stad Vannes (30 min) in de buurt. Communicatie met de Pascal ging ook soepel. Kortom wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
