The apartment comprises: • Sleeping alcove with two bunk beds • Bathroom • Separate WC • Fully equipped kitchen with dining area The living room features a double bed (140cm) that can be completely separated to create a comfortable and private sleeping area. The bedroom has a single bed and access to the terrace.
Private garage in the basement (2.36m x 6m x 1.70m) Visitor parking spaces are also available in front of the residence.
You'll enjoy a prime location in Grau du Roi, between the beach, the port, and shops. Everything is designed for a comfortable and carefree stay.
