Hi Nalini,
It's unfortunate you feel that way as you're the first to give 2 stars.
The price already reflected the shoulder season.
Resort type location, clean house and updated, lots of activities in the resort. close to Sandbanks provincial park and beaches. Close to Picton, no problem to cook and have meals prepared. Fully equipped kitchen, no need to bring anything with you. Be prepared to have neighbors on both sides. thanks for a good stay at your cottage!
Everything was great, we loved the site and the services. The house was very clean and we loved the veranda. But 2 things to say : the AC was really noisy, so we had to close it during the night. Second, some hooks were missing to dry our towels.
Had a really good stay. Facilities are great for kids (cottage is very close to kids pool and activity cente) and adults (ex: gym). Place was super clean, very functional. Everything as described. 5/5.
Comfy beds, clean and modern.Loved the screened in porch. Would like to have known that it was not lake front and we needed to drive to the lake and pool. We could not see the sunset from the porch (as was advertised). This property is on East Lake Resort, closer to the main pavilion. Excellent location for families with small kids.

The cottage itself was clean and well stocked. The outdoor property needs some TLC. The weeds just took over the gardens. The BBQ was an absolute disgrace. No one ever cleaned it and the grates didn't even fit the BBQ.

The villa community was great ! Love the family feel to it. It had great amenities for all of us to enjoy.
I thought the cottage we rented lacked in charm and cleanliness especially on the outside. There were also a few issues inside as well. A bit on the smaller side for my family of 5. I should have done my research better.
The cottage was great. Well stocked for appliances and kitchen tools. Beds were very comfortable and slept like a baby! Took a while to figure out the TV as we had to search for the welcome book with the password for the cable. The couches are not very comfortable. The resort was great, very quiet and only a few families in the park. Would be great in the summer. Everyone was very friendly. Short drive to wineries, artists and cute shops. Really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and organized. Bright and cheery. But we had trouble with the TV(should be written instructions to help).
Also the pullout couch is very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. Next time we will have to find a unit with more bedrooms. But we did love the place@
Prior to our stay, the communications were excellent. When I wrote with questions, the owner answered quickly. We received very complete and clear information concerning our stay before our arrival. The check in was very smooth and easy. The cottage was clean, cozy, very cute and contained all the basics needed, except the dishwasher soap that was supposed to be included in the welcome package. We appreciated the amenities of the resort, pool, games for kids and free location of canoe and kayak. My only negative comment would be that the BBQ was unusable. It contained at least 50 live insects in it, the grills were dirty and the BBQ brush had nos bristles left so we couldn’t clean it properly. We had to resign ourselves to cook on the stove.Other than that, we would definitely recommend.

This property had everything we needed except a proper sized « pull out » sofa. My brother and Dad joined us for one night and my 6 ft tall brother had to sleep in a sleeping bag on the floor. Otherwise, the bunk and queen size beds were comfy. Omissions included a dishwasher soap, a dish towel and a couple of hand towels! It was difficult to dry dishes with a J cloth!
We had a wonderful stay in this clean and updated cottage. The property had many amenities to keep us busy when we weren't exploring the wineries/breweries near by. Loved bringing our puppy on her first vacation. Screened in porch is the perfect place to enjoy your wine from the vineyards without bugs or rain!
This property is exactly like it looks in the pictures, and was spotlessly clean. My son and I spent 4 nights here, and it was perfect in every way. The beds were great, the kitchen was well stocked with various appliances and useful items, and the screened in porch was perfect for eating and relaxing. The adult pool was lovely, as was the beach a few steps away. It was also close to Picton, wine tasting, Sand Banks beach, restaurants and other adventures. We were there in mid-Sept. so not many other guests. We had a trip we'll remember for a long time, and this beautiful property was a key part of it. Thank you!!
PEC is generally very kid friendly place and this resort was no exception. It was a perfect home base. The one we rented also had some handy child accessories. The whole week worked out great!
Weather did not cooperate. Thought we would be closer to the water.
Beautiful property every thing you need readily available. Only downside was the weather and difficulty obtaining a pass for Provincial Sandbanks. Picton was a quaint little town to visit. Sunsets at the beach spectacular, long walk for those over 65.
