This family-friendly retreat comfortably sleeps 8 and features 3 king beds, a bunk room, and access to 3 community pools. Enjoy an open living space, fast WiFi for remote work, and a private patio. Perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing Gulf getaway.

The space
Welcome to your beautifully appointed coastal townhome, perfectly situated for true 30A beach living. The spacious, open-concept living area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Unwind on the comfortable sofa, stream your favorites on the 70" HDTV with Roku, or challenge the family to a classic on the in-unit arcade game.

The well-equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. When it's time to rest, three serene bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms await.

We provide a starter set of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps to get you started. For your convenience, beach gear is available for your use during your stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay here in Santa Rosa Beach. The condo had everything that we could need for 4 nights, with plenty of space, great beds, beach chairs, and was overall very comfortable. Access to the beach was an easy walk across the street and we took advantage of the community pools as well. We had a couple of questions for the host come up during our stay, and they were incredibly quick to respond and address. We’d be happy to stay there again!

It was a great location! Close to beach and plenty of places to walk to for food, coffee and ice cream! A few extra kitchen towels, maybe some bath rugs and blankets would make it extra cozy and comfortable. Only one kitchen towel total and 8 towels for 5 people. We had to wash towels constantly, but for the money it was a great find!

Great stay

We loved the property. It was very clean, and very spacious! My only comment would be I wish they had more natural products for dish soap, and laundry soap, but other than that everything was perfect.

Awesome Location

This is a great location and near the beach and restaurants. Luke & Avery were very responsive with their communications. I would defiantly book this place again.

Great experience

We had a great experience booking our summer family vacation at Luke's townhome. The location is fantastic, the place is comfortable and well maintained, and Luke was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again.

WOW! This place was a GEM!! Check-in was a breeze, the amenities were great. We LOVED the easy access to the private beach and lots of restaurants that one can walk to. The TH had a nice feel to it and it was very large which provided lots of room to hang out. Beds were comfy as was the other furniture. Gotta LOVE the old skool Ms. Pac-Man machine which brought lots of reminiscing of old times. Only thing I would say is the cleaning wasn't great, but everything else was!!

Spacious, Clean, Convenient 30A Vacay Spot

We enjoyed this location! The property was clean and very spacious. The walk to the beach was convenient. Decor was updated and beautiful. Everything was in working order and the hosts were quick to respond to all communication. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located on Gulfplace property. We especially loved our dinner at Shunk Gulley. Be sure to sit outside upstairs for a great view and perfect breeze!

5 day getaway

Everything was exactly as pictured. Very close proximity to the beach and dining. The kids loved the pool and how close it was to the unit. Floor plan worked out great and the small boys loved the built in bunk beds. We brought our Playstation 5.The remotes can be tricky to switch the inputs,so id recommend bringing a universal remote like we did. Overall great location for families with small kids.

One of the best stays EVER!!

This home was exactly what we wanted and needed. Close to restaurants, a great pool, and really convenient access to the beach. We parked and didn't need the car until time to depart. We walked everywhere. The home's isting says "remodeled" and they are not kidding. Top-of-the-line all the way. Everything was great, really clean, and we slept really well on the mattresses (I need to ask what they models they were so we can get them). The place was easy to get to, parking was really convenient, and the arrival went great. No issues at all. Had a great time - thanks! Next time we need a place, I'll come right back to this owner's listings without hesitation. If you are reading this and don't book this property, you are really missing out!

The house was clean. I gave 4 stars because we had a crawling baby and the floor had lots of dirt embedded in grooves and baby's legs were quite dirty daily. Could be the nature of the location so close to the beach. The house is an excellent spot for a baby though.

Perfect Location, Spacious Home & Exemplary Host

Tucked into a quiet section of Gulf Place with a 50 yard walk to a lesser known swimming pool. Less than 5 minute walk to a private beach access and even shorter walks to a wide range of dining options. The home’s main living space is massive and comfortable as were the three bedrooms. Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and communicative. We most certainly will be staying here on our return to Santa Rosa Beach.
